I’m been extremely happy with my five year old 42" plasma but my videophile friends tell me that 50 is the new 40.  So since we’re looking at up sizing, what about 80?  Well one dealers I know of this year will be bring them in at the Hifi Show.  So here's how it looks like next to a 60".  Hmmmmm……....charge it!

They have a 92" Mitsubishi DLP RPTV that looks awesome in controlled lighting. A flat panel would probably be more reliable, however (aside from taking up less space).

With the price of this 80" LED TV(around 500K to 600K), I'd rather get a projector and a very good PJ screen ^-^

And a 50" plasma for cable viewing ;D

Same sentiments kay Louie :D It isn't price-efficient yet. Reminds me of 50" Plasmas way back in 2000s where it was retailing at car-like prices. Fast forward 15 years, baka 80" na yun new 50" natin.. yikes!

Depende sa size ng room. Si matzter decided to replace his 90" pj setup into 80" led and he is one happy dude.

Haha...

Tama it depends sa viewer yan. Sabi nga last time sa akin sa less 20sqm na room di daw puwede ang 110 inch na screen pero in my viewing experience panalong panalo.  ;) ;)

Saw the 80 incher in action. Wow ang laki!
But I still preferred the video quality of the Panasonic Plasma (just my opinion).

the panasonic Vt50 is king of of picture quality, no other pannel comes close aside from the dead pioneer kuro RIP.
