The White Queen is a British television drama series based on Philippa Gregory's bestselling historical novel series The Cousins' War.

Set against the backdrop of the Wars of the Roses, the series is the story of the women caught up in the long-drawn-out conflict for the throne of England.

I don't like watching British TV shows but I'm a fan of Philippa Gregory and I'm enjoying this show.

The series ended without much fanfare and drama. Might as well have been compressed into a two-hour documentary.
