Title: Lowest priced BD Player in the Market
Post by: pdcfelix on Aug 04, 2013 at 11:36 PM: Hi, guys. I'm planning to migrate to BD players (yes, just now). I was just wondering if there are good startup players less than 5k. :)

I recall having bought one of those cheap no-name (not CDRKing) DVD players sometime back. It played OK on a 30+ inch screen. But anything larger, video quality suffers.

Last week, when i went to SM Bacoor, may nakita akong BD Player (twice kong tinignan baka na malik-mata lang ako) Samsung ang brand for only Php2,999.00. I am contemplating of buying one.

Seryoso? Hanggang ngayon meron pa? I'm only using PS3 as a blu ray player for 3 years now medjo may problema na. It won't play some bds, sometimes it has a sound na it wants to eject the disc manually. So I'm planning on buying an actual blu ray player.

I think that one doesn't play 3D and its audio output is only 2-channel. very basic player lang.

yun ang drawback sa mga mura na players. kulang sa features like 3D, multi-channel audio, etc. check mo muna ang available features bago ka bumili. :)

mukhang pioneer BDP-3110 ang mabibili ko nito.. below 5K lang kasi budget ko :)

Regarding Audiosonic BR-5.1SW
Got this unit and as of using it with my Avatar 3D BD... all I can say is WOW for a not so known brand.
1. It loads fast as in less than a minute. Even in 3D
2. It runs good in 3D
3. Nice OSD wherein you can manipulate easily the setting while viewing
4. You can set this to l080p 24 ;D

For 2500 it is definitely a good bang for the buck player.
