Post by: GroundZeroFour on Sep 02, 2013 at 11:31 AM
Hello Newbie here,

Just want to ask you guys about Toshiba Brand of TV. yesterday i saw Toshiba Regza LED TV 22"(Not so sure if it's LED or LCD) in Robinson Galleria, price is Below 9k Forgot also the model.

Is it ok ba yung Toshiba Tv? kase I'm planning to buy a TV for my Parents.

And the Specs are Good ba for playing HD movies? and how about sa mga bluray player?

TIA po :)

Why not get a 32"? You just add a little more like 5k... The bigger, the better. :-)

Yeah the bigger the better, i really want to buy bigger TV but i don't have enough budget for now. Bigla kase nasira un TV sa province and kailangan ng Replacement :)

Ok po ba yung Toshiba Regza kahit 22" lang siya? and I'm not to Techy when it comes to TV. Kaya mga tanong ko medyo half baked.

22" is too small for me. My computer monitor is 21" pero naliliitan pa rin ako, lalo na kaya pag sa sala nilagay, imo lang naman.

Back to topic, Toshiba is quite good din naman sa pagkaka-demo sa akin sa iba't ibang stores na napuntahan ko (playing 1080p mp4 and mkv), pero parang nadidiliman ako (grayish, not too vivid colors) kaya I went with LG. Bigger is still better. "Future-proof" kumbaga.

I've had good experiences with toshiba LCD TVs. The first was when we bought a 32 inch back in 2008 for my father-in-law. Hanggang ngayon buhay pa rin. Last december, we bought again a 46 inch LCD. Ayos naman siya for cable and mkv/mp4 watching. I think yung PB is LCD while PU is LED.
