Hello everyone,
Been a lurker for quite sometime and decided to share my low cost - beginner's HT (All budget entry level gears :P, Just starting this hobby and true enough, it is an expensive one >:D)..
Must say how much I admire the setups I've seen here, Not a day goes by that I constantly look in this section of the forum and what an inspiration it is to see all the gears posted here every now and then. Makes me drool all the time ;D. Looking forward to learning more in PDVD..
Someday I wish to have such high-end gears, but for now I guess this will do..
Sorry for the crappy quality of the pictures, don't really know how to take good pictures.. :-[.

Looks like you are having fun. I like to hear a system in this room size. I've always wondered how to get good sound from a room this size.

Yes Sir Gino.. loads of fun :), nice to find out a lot of interesting things about audio and ht from reading through other members experiences.. Sound quality in this small room is not to good with high volume music, I'd probably need some sort of sound treatment or a bigger house :). Easy listening at low volumes seems to be ok. BTW, I like the way how your Music room looks.. very relaxing indeed.
Thanks, Sir jh@meeh ,Sir comet and Sir Panzimus
Parang kailangan na yata ng first dosage. ;D

Good to hear that. What rc do you run? I started with electric buggies and on-road cars. Next DIY boats. Then 1/10 gas trucks. Recently was 450 size electric helicopters.

I like flying 4 channel electric Heli's.. cheaper and a lot easier to maintain/fly. Today's electric Heli's are a blast to fly since they have acrobatic 6 channel models that have abundant parts at competitive prices.. I have a 250 and 100, a couple of micro 3 channels. I also plan to jump to the 450 6-channel, but still kinda hesitant. Flying skills needs a lot more work. My orientation get a little off when it goes really fast then charges straight at you :o... I also started with old school RC's like the Nissan King Cab and Wild Willy Jeep (But that was a long time ago O0). All electric.. Glad to know that you enjoy RC's as well..
-
450 size will be easier to fly than a 250. Those small ones are like bees. Before I stopped I was doing inverted funnels and backwards. Upright i did funnels and backwards. Before I stopped I was doing ugly piro flips. Lately I just do the sim. That's where all progress begin.
Great thing about it I was sponsored by KY Models of copter X fame. I got free Copter X 450 parts as well as Black Angel. I was very talkative and helpful at rcgroups and they liked that. You can watch my videos on youtube. Account Gino Punsalan

That's great Sir Gino.. I'll will take a look at your videos. Maybe you could give me some pointers as well when I get my hands on a 450 :)

congrats s add'l gear :)

I made my own from steel sourced from Tandang Sora. I had plates cut and drilled in the area. I cut the hollow steel bars at home. I cleaned up the plate edges. Then I went back to Tandang Sora to have the rig welded. After that I went to Chrome Dazzler to have it powder coated.

I like your Seat Sir Gino.. the frame is neatly done. I wanted to have something similar to this.. might come out cheaper since I don't have a gaming chair. I just hope the fabricators can copy the tilting plate and adjustable tubes for the steering wheel height..

Just a small addition to my tiny room (not much cash for anything new :'( ).. I managed to purchase the stand instead of having a fabricated one. Saw this at i-tech while browsing around the store.
