Title: Need help in buying CDP - Marantz or Tangent

Hi,
Am new to CDP as i have always used my BDP as a plyer but just learned abount DACs etc of dedicated CDP.  I am using an Onkyo 609 amp with Polk Audio spkrs setup and am interested in getting CDP to enjoy music this time.  I am checking if Marantz 5004/6004 is good match with my amp or Tangent 100/200 ?  any suggestinos sirs? btw my budget is php 20 to 25k.  Many thanks.

Iba nga sir ang tunog ng dedicated cdp for your dedicated audio setup. With your budget, 'might as well try a dedicated amp. Pero try mo muna nga cdp with your 609 baka makuntento ka na.  :) In the near future, dedicated speakers ka na din for audio!  ;D

Marantz cdp ang bilis magstartup/read ng disc! I have it here, kaso bundle lang:   O0

If possible also try to find CDp with digital out in case you want to try external DAC.
