I was at HMR Pioneer to look at the Mandarin Hotel items, rather I saw a 50inch led tv brand new unopen box 29,000 srp with 1 year warranty.... Decent Picture quality beside a 58inch Panasonic but I forgot to get the brand.

Just bought an LG 55LB6700 from Abenson Avant. It's a Smart 3D LED. What I like about this TV is its passive 3D. The glasses are cheap.

Sir I think it's AVIO, I saw this at St. Francis Mall HMR booth lower ground. One is a 50" @ 28,9++ and the other is 55" @ 31,+++

I'd rather get the 50' myview brand at 23k since it has local support than Avio 50". Both are china panels i presume.

@ CoolTOYZ, sir how much yung 58' na Panasonic sa HMR? Tia! 8)

Skyworth 58" LED-58E66 Smart TV at P45k++. Saw it at SM Appliance Megamall and AURA.

between hmr and myview. I'd take the latter. Hmr imports rejects, refurbs and overruns by the container. It may have technicians but few are competent. What they could only do is interchange parts when warranty calls for repair, but what happens when they run out of that certain model or parts? Your unit is stuck in a blackhole.
As for myview, i presume they import directly from china and have access to parts and have their own technical staff who repair only TV's, giving them more mastery on ledtv troubleshooting. Hmr technicians tend to be jack of all trades but master of none. I just dont knw if Hmr ledtvs are better in quality because they are intended for australian market. China still has this asian inferiorioty complex towards caucasians and dare not give subpar products compared to the asian market which gives priority for price over quality.
