where can I get this and around how much will it cost thanks

If you are from the south, you can check out furniture stores in Festival Mall. They sell various kinds of ht seats.

There is also a furniture store along Macapagal blvd, I just could not remember the name, but its in HK plaza, in between BLIMS and Hong Kong Chef.

Ergo shop has theater seats. Saw it in SM megamall
