I recently purchased kogan 3D br player at HMR (my lg br player and Samsung dvd player was destroyed by my 3 y/o daughter). I saw at the back its region B and I know that Philippines uses region A. so I asked to play some discs at the shop and its played nicely. naturally I asked if I can return the unit if it didn't play my br and dvd discs and they said its ok and within 7 days with receipt. initially I find difficulty in playing the unit attached via HDMI to my full-hd lg lcd. no signal . but when I connect it via composite and AV ports, theres signal. I thought maybe my hdmi is busted so I changed the cable and still the same result. so what I did was connect the unit with my my receiver connected to 3D lcd in the living room, and voila, the unit is operating. played a dvd, br and 3d br nicely. and upon research in the net (the unit has no box and manual), the unit has wifi though I haven't tried it yet. I giot the unit for P2500. :)
