may nakabili na ba ng tv sa inyo dito through olx vendors...which is also station in Ansons cash and carry? any bad experience? thanks

I did once. Okay lang if its brand new and have the same warranty as other sellers.

I did, too. It's okay, it's a legitimate/official transaction with Ansons. And they delivered as promised on a certain date.

yup! thrice already. no bad experience. though I ensure that I pick it up at the actual store and demo'ed before paying (at their cashiers). only used OLX to search where the item is available...

thank for the reply!!! im just curious kasi pag yung anson ang tanungin mo wala nang stock pero sa kanila meron pa at hindi invoice ang ibibigay daw kundi certificate of invoice. yet sa ansons mismo sila naka station.

yung isang seller dito parang siya na yata ang manager sa ansons cash and carry kasi pag me nagtatanong sa kanya dumadaan for pricing

legit yan boss :-)... parang alam ko na yan eh may tinawag sakin kahapon, kayo po ba ung kausap ni mhay cRs apps? sa lg 65uj7500? txt mo lang sya kung need mo ng sales invoice bibigyan ka naman po nya.. pero dahil sa pipick upin nyo dun at medyo malayo sya kaya certificate of sales invoice ibibigay ng anson for warranty purposes..

I've dealt with these guys before and not only are they legit. I found them very, very easy to deal with.

ok lang if not OR basta i-honor nila for warranty purposes, if needed.. kung super discounted price naman, "baka" may arrangement sila regardling sa tax >:D
kahit sa ibang appliance stores, parang nka Invoice lang din.. tama ba?

I think both can be use to claim warranty..

Alx is correct. It is a VAT Sales Invoice that shows the taxes being paid.

i think the normal thing is to issue a sales invoice and an official receipt, since they serve different purposes the former provides information on the the items purchase the price and the terms of the sale while the latter is a proof that payment has been received...nonetheless sometimes what is issued is a combination of the two.

Most of the time they can issue an official receipt if you turn in the sales invoice.
BIR accepts both ORs and SIs for input VAT purposes because both are controlled. Approved POS systems can output either one based on BIR's revenue memorandum.

If they give you both without returning one, their numbers will not tally. You might also get to use it for fraud as both are acceptable as proof of expense.

Not necessarily since both have different purposes...the fact that you have a sales invoice is not proof that you have already paid....these documents also have several copies.....i could be wrong but that's what i learn from my experience in auditing although it ha been awhile... there are separate files for these accountable forms.... unless as i said earlier they use a form which incorporate both invoice and official receipt.

Sa pagkakaintindi ko, kung sale of service ang resibo ay Official Receipt. Kung sale of goods naman, Sales Invoice pero dapat meron kasamang Collection Receipt.

Yes, Venom statement is not contradictory to what I have said. that sale invoice is different from official receipt or collection receipt since they serve different purposes.

naka bili na din ako sa olx seller and no issues, last 3 years pa yun. nagpunta akong cash&carry, mineet si olx seller sa ansons, then demo ng tv na biblihin ko, payment sa mismong cashier ni ansons. parang middle man nga lang si olx seller kasi hindi naman ako nagbigay sa kanya kahit magkano. pero pag dumirect ka sa ansons, hindi mo makukuha yung same price na binibigay ni olx seller, medyo weird nga eh.
last year naman, bumili ako ng 32" tv sa ansons cainta since mas malapit kame dito kesa sa makati, ayaw akong bigyan ng matinding discount kahit cash payment. so ginawa ko pinakita ko yung price galing sa olx, nagawa naman nilang tapatan yung price.

Did it twice already. Once to a shop along Roosevelt Q.C. (4 years ago) and another went to Ansons Marcos Highway (2 years ago).
Both sellers weren't there when I went but I just had to name drop and I got the "special" discount. Got receipts as well for warranty,
No issues for both televisions.

actually kaya lang medyo alanganin ako kasi instead of issuing a sales invoice and/or receipt ang binigay/ibibigay ay certificate of invoice lang.... the reason for this have already been explain by sir WelCrs

Same here, Sir Philip. Nakabili na din ako sa online seller ng Anson's. May SI naman. I actually referred two expats to him and sa kanya kumuha ng home appliances lahat naman may SI. Nagfafile yung expats ng liquidation ng relocation allowance na pinapasok ng accounting sa business expenses; wala naman ako nabalitaan na problem from accounting sa mga pinasok sa BIR.
Abenson's/Electroworld ang official vendor ng workplace ko, SI din ini-issue nila whether company purchase or pag bumibili kami for personal use (last one I got was from last week). As far as I know, same din sa ibang chains like Western Appliances, Automatic Centre, Avesco/5th Avenue, SM Appliance, Robinson's Appliance, etc. Prices actually ng Anson's minsan binibigay ko sa procurement department para manegotiate ang prices sa vendor kasi madalas malayo ang quote ng vendor for the same item, to think bulk ang binibili. Sa terms ata magaling yung vendor namin, payag sa matagal na terms.

i think ang naging systema nung sa akin ay binili na ng agent/reseller lahat ng stock ng unit na balak kong bilhin nung nakaroon ng promo... this might be the reason why if sa anson ka magtatanong any branch including cash and carry wala na raw available na unit pero kung icourse through dun sa bibilhan ko meron pa at sa ansons din kukunin.. since nabili na nung agent or re-seller posible na nagissue na ng invoice yung anson in favor of the agent thus, di na pwede magissue uli kaya certificate of invoice na lang inissue ng ansons.

So that you will know, ang papel kasi ng Anson besides being a seller itself ay space providers sya para dun sa mga independent sellers nung mga appliances na mostly walang physical stores na ang ginawang showroom ay ang anson for certain consideration. Si Anson ay may percentage sya sa bawat items na maibenta nung mga independent sellers. In 2013, meron akong kakilala na nagbibenta ng appliances pero wala syang physical store, ang ginagawa nya dun nya sa Anson dinidisplay mga paninda nya. I know this kasi sa kanya ako mismo bumili ng sony smart tv.
Yung sabi ng taga Anson na wala silang stock ang ibig nyang sabihin yung stock nila ang wala at hindi in particular patungkol dun sa mga indepensent sellers na posibleng merong stock. Kaya nung tanungin mo yung olx seller kung may stock sya syempre sasabihin nya meron kasi hindi naman sya si Anson na una ng nagsabi na walang stock. Dont wori ang waranty ay ibibigay ni sony o kung ano mang brand na napili mo.

Nag browse na ako sa olx ng mga brands that fits my budget.
Balak ko to audition then item personally and then have it delivered na lang yung unit sa house namin.
Do they charge delivery? Makati to Manila

Contact the agent to find out his/her available models para yun ma-"audition" mo. They do charge for delivery, though depende sa usapan nyo ng agent minsan sila ang sumasagot.

Yup. In my case 150 lang ata charge nila for delivery for a 65" screen (Ortigas Center), sinagot ng online agent (he actually paid the cashier 150 in front of me, LOL). Masipag din ang delivery nila at sila nag assemble ng unit at gusto itest ko muna bago pumirma. Sa vendor namin literal na drop off lang ng box ang delivery saka doble ang delivery charge. :P
