Hi to co-owners of this OLED TV,
I have been experiencing very poor video quality from Netlflix for the past 10 days already. I am subscribed to their Premium Ultra HD plan, but I am getting piss poor video quality.
Loading takes a longer time compared previously and once it reaches 100%, movie plays and then loads again and never gets any clearer.
Amazon Prime Video works perfectly at HDR Ultra HD, and so as Youtube playing 4K files.
I tried casting Netflix to the TV using Chromecast and the picture is OK.
Are you guys experiencing this? Is this a TV issue or Netflix’s?
Chime in if you have any suggestions. Thanks

Happened to me as well. Apparently you have to set your netflix profile - > Playback settings then set it to high. Not sure if you've done that already but that solved my problem.

Thanks for your reply bro. I’ve already done adjusting the playback settings to no avail. Could it be my internet connection giving me this problem? How is your Netflix streaming quality?

Sad to hear that. Quality would start at 480 or 720 but will eventually increase until 2160p (4K). Will also trigger HDR10 notif if the movie is HDR. Internet is just 15Mbps DSL.

'Was surprised today that Netflix video quality video become better. Guess I just panicked that there is something wrong with the TV. Maybe it was my internet connection that caused the problem. Thanks again for all your replies. Now back to regular Netflix movie marathon😊
