Champions VS Contenders
Interesting bunch of contestants they have for this season. They even have a miss universe contestant!

ang bilis nito ha. almost everyday may new episode. currently on episode 4 na.
1st one who got booted out went paranoid, second one was too cocky for his own good, third one was taken as a liability. The champions are feeling the heat

^oh shoot. really? was looking forward to this week already. bummer. my daughter who is 6 already know all contestants and cheers for the contenders.
Last 2 episodes had very dramatic exits. darn injuries

Just got caught up. The challenges are super physical. Seems not worth it for some of the rewards. And Moana looks like Piper from Orange is the New Black.

^agreed. man, the water faceplants of Monika during one of the challenges! ang tindi!
Can't help but feel sorry for Tegan, she stayed true til the last moment, had she thought about herself and voted for Shonee instead then she would still be around.
The last reward (Sunday Roast) was really a game changer as the Contenders won the immunity challenge and Mat and the rest of the Champs was obviously depleted having no protein etc for days now.
This is turning to be one really exciting season. Ganda ni Monika talaga. miss Universe indeed!

^IKR! i don't know if Mat was simply shocked or what when there was a scramble when the idol was being used and for whom but he should've sensed there was something going on already. too trusting and over confident that he had everything in control.
on the other hand, Benji had no idea at all! that was a superb blindside by Fenella! kapatid pala ni Anneliese si Benji! Survivor siblings!
very good season indeed.

so, down to one last man in the tribe. Shonella being targeted. Monika has the power at this point. the rest seems to be easy targets but the way this is being played right now, we can expect the unexpected.

Luto. Don't you guys think the producers just planted an easy-to-find idol for Sharn to make the last few episodes more interesting? Seemed really fishy to me.

His vote and his comment while voting really solidified Mat as the most bitter loser in the history of the game. Sharn tried to play her idol for him. That was a clear indication that she knew his name was being thrown around, and he could've played his idol but was so smug he chose not to. Glad I was never on the Mat train, since he showed exactly what kind of person he was with that vote.

^grabe ang bitterness. it was all in the air and in their faces. they simply can't hide it during the reunion show.
Nag buckle na agad si Sharn nung na-question yung "loyalty" when Mat was voted out. She could have easily said the she got played by Benji (because that's what really happened anyways) and that it was Mat's fault not hers that caused him to be voted out as what was going down at that time was so obvious and he should've sensed it already.
Mat's overconfidence,cockyness and arrogance did him in and not Sharn not telling him he is being targeted. Sharn still showed loyalty to him by trying to play the idol for him.
but the very first mistake, a $500K worth one at that, that Sharn did was to not take Brian instead.
What a mental lapse by Brian on the last immunity challenge. Wife pa niya nag point out. ;D

In the penultimate episode, labo lang ni Shonee for not voting Sharn. Though I suppose she would never win the fire challenge so it wouldn't matter.
The final 3 reminded me of Survivor season 1. Grubby is Hatch and Shane is Rudy. Except Sharn is not quite Kelly.
Matatapos na bef I could figure out who was beside Jackie at the reunion. Si Paige pala!

They're still on 3 episodes a week. Episode 8 na mamaya.

^i am still trying to finish Survivor SA's current season. medyo malamya kaso nasimulan na eh. yung mga contestants
parang mga ugly version lookalikes ng mga Hollywood stars.
May parang si Orlando Bloom on crack, may gay Jeff Corwin etc
will start Survivor AU's current season after that. pang binging na.
How is it so far?

Not as good as previous seasons, but definitely better than the current Survivor SA. Unang beses ko yata natuwa nung natanggal si Seipei.

We marathoned Survivor AU until episode 11 and it got very interesting around episode 5 onwards.
Sayang usage ng idol ni Luke. Ganda ng timing ng pagkaka gamit ni Harry.

After Survivor SA episodes 14 and 15 (especially 14), mahirap talagang ituloy. Cast of stupid idiots. And their leader is really, really unlikeable. Sarap sipain sa mukha.
Ang ok na lang, yung mga side comments ng jury during tribal council. It's a very bitter jury, should make for an interesting final tribal, at least.

On the other hand, AU had an intense immunity challenge and tribal council last night!
And Abbey winning the car was well deserved. Low profile challenge beast she is.

ibang iba talaga ang AU amongst other Survivor. Parang nagiging close kami sa mga contestants eh. sobrang impacted kahit mga anak ko sa challenges at lalo sa tribal council.

What a tearjerking episode that was.
Baden and Harry should've voted for Pia instead and grinded it out with Luke one last time in the finale.
Mukhang si Harry na ito. Will not know yet until late afternoon tomorrow.
