Title: Rotel RC1572 Volume control issue

Need Help.

Experienced it just now. Yung volume ng pre-amp bigla na lang nag-increase by itself.  Luckily I have the remote near me to adjust it back.  I thought its just a glitch...pero it happened more than 5 times in a span of around 1 hour of continuous listening.   Tried to search the net and found this: https://www.avforums.com/threads/rotel-rc-1570-volume-control-gone-rogue.2285038/ (https://www.avforums.com/threads/rotel-rc-1570-volume-control-gone-rogue.2285038/)

Any idea what might be the problem?  Plan to contact the dealer soon.

might be the remote. Had that same experience before sa Denon.  Issue was the remote.  Dimidikit na pala yung volume up (my favorite button hehehe)
