After 1 year bro na saving up and looking for the set-up here in Pinoydvd, na post ko na din.
Post mo na din yung set-up mo na Mission din at yung bagong gawang ht room.

maganda ang tunog ng 1600 compared sa 1400 ko before, both sa ht and music listening. Maybe because of its burr brown and with Mission combo pa ;D
basta Mission set-up luma at bago, maganda lahat yan :D

YES! Agree! But I think part of the "improvement" you heard from the 1600 comes from the new speaker placement you have. The old one with the M51 in the shelf is ok for HT but not very good for music. Your current speaker placement will definitely improve the imaging and bass of the speakers because its got room to breathe.
I once had a RPTV too and when I removed the RPTV for the PJ, the sound improved a lot because there was room for the music to breathe in the center. Read between the lines >:D pj >:D pj >:D

correct ka dyan bro. I noticed it when i removed the customized shelf and placed the m51 to its stand and listened both sa ht and music. Wow! But medyo delikado kasi yung m51 sa stand because of my two year old daughter na sobrang likot. Kaya, i bought the m53, placed 5kg of sand inside para hindi nya maurong and re arranged the speakers placement and used the m51 as surround. Medyo hassle lang kasi after i watched movie or listened to music, itinatabi ko sa side ang m51.
Hahahahahaha! medyo malabo at masyadong maliit yung between the lines. Pagka upgrade ko siguro ng sub at mailipat ko na sa dedicated ht room ay baka matuloy na din yung "between the lines natin"

LOL, dahil nga kay Marckd1 kaya ako nag upgrade to Mission M5 series. Matagal na sya naka M5 and he is my consultant in my speaker upgrade. Very accomodating sya sa PM with his experience sa M5 series w/c convinced me to get one for myself. Kaya dont hesitate to sPaM him if you have questions! ;D

sabi ng sub consultant ko na 12r na daw kunin instead of 10r. at parang konti lang naman difference sa price ng 10r. kaysa magsisi sa huli, kinuha ko na lang yung 12r. thanks bro matz for the advice.
hindi nga napansin ni misis na medyo lumaki yung sub kasi 2 inches lang ang dagdag sa height pero nung nakikining ako kaninang umaga ay napansin nya na bat daw masakit sa dibdib yung bass. Ang sabi ko na lang ay napalitan yung dsp nya ;). medyo lusot pero wag lang nyang mababasa ito :-X:-[ :'(

thanks bro, medyo matagal na ipunan bago ko nakuha ang mga speakers na to. May dream speakers ako pero hindi ko talaga mabili at kayang bilhin. Iyon yung first time na maka experience ako ng totoong tunog ng home theater. Kaya sinabi ko na bibili din ako nyan kung hindi man eh kahit katulad lang. At dapat maging kuntento din tayo kung ano man ang mayroon tayo coz wala talagang katapusan ang hobby natin. S>A>R>S...lagi ang katapat ;D
nakakatuwa lang kapag may nag aapreciate sa set-up natin dahil hindi talaga biro ang mag set-up ;D

Nag bibiruan lang kami ni ricky, ganyan naman kaming dalawa, puro asaran/biruan. Pag magkasama kasi, walang oras mag asaran, puro kain naman.

I tried the bi-amp feature of my amp and the result was awesome :o . parang bigla akong nagpalit ng buong system sa ganda ng sounds compared to bi-wiring. Naging clear ang mids & highs at lumapad ang tunog ng LF.
But I have to sacrifice the 6th and 7th channel for this kind of set-up :-[ I will try it for a week and decide whether to return my surround back or not.

additional headroom yan bro, thats 3db when bi amping with yer yammy. Ill take that versus the option of having 7.1 set-up. power where you need it most...on your fronts. ;D ;D

ibang iba talaga ang sound specially sa music listening. I'll just install banana plug to the wires of my back surround and lf of fronts para plug n play na lang for dts es movies. ;)
Im still experimenting the connection between the hf for fronts and lf for surround back(bi-amp) or vice versa
Madami talagang tweaks para mapaganda pa lalo ang set-up natin. one simple connection can cause a major change to our entire set-up.
