What's the purpose of having 2 different subwoofers? I'm using a HSU VTF3 MkII and it's all I need. A speaker stand would do the trick for your front mains, sand filled or lead would work, and your center channel should be just below your tv or above it, this way you'll get a better dynamics overall.

Thought someone will ask me  that question.... im only using  1 sub..its on the right side of the tv.. the other is im  using it for the meantime as a STAND for the front speakers.. im still waitng for PROPER stand that will goes with it.i also re arranged the center speaker..it now sits on the top of the tv monitor.

ang ganda ng bahay nyo sir :o, sarap siguro tumambay sa terrace nyo while listening to some music, hehehe  ;D ;D ;D

Does the manual point out which continents does Region 1 covers? Oh man...I do hope it's true that in South East Asia, we shall be sharing/using the same region...then we are one long lost bro...finally get to share the same passion with the same material...it's nice to be known as a R1 loyalist  ;D

Aldrin, could you verify if your HD DVD player could upconvert standard DVD to 720p or 1080i through Component connection. I know it can through HDMI connection but not sure when using analog connection. :)

Assuming Asia & USA are sharing the same Region 1 due to NTSC or whatever reason...but how about other Region standard DVDs? E.g. if you insert a Region 2 or Region 3, will the disc play? Tnx :)

Yes  it does output true full resolution HD 720P or 1080i over the Component output.

yup...its really getting good reviews lately...a chance to experience DOLBY TRUEHD!!!  see the toshiba hd dvd thread......be careful lang when updating the firmware, never leave a disc inside, magkakaroon ng bug, and it will become inoperable.....saw it in highdefdigest....heres the link http://www.highdefdigest.com/news/show/Toshiba/Hardware/Toshiba_Firmware_Bug_Reported/199
