16:9 aspect ratio (for the 27 inches up), 1280x768 resolution, DVI-D, D-Sub 15, component and S-video connections, <25ms response time.
Anybody had a good look at these yet? Kumusta peformance nila as computer monitors?

check the HTPC thread under the "DVD-ROM & DVD Backup". If I remember correctly, jpadua had one (the 27" model) and attached it to his PC.

Thanks Sir Jett. You're right, he is using a syntax lcd tv. Bumaba na yung 27" from 89k to 81k but still too rich for me. Will just have to wait a few more months or perhaps a year until prices go down a little more. At least by then may PS3 na so mas logical na na magkaroon ng hd capable tv.
There is a less sexier choice available. Saw a shop in Park Square 1 selling Viewsonic lcd tv's. I think the 27" is going for 69k.

Sobrang cheaper than known brands. Kaso mahal pa rin. I wonder if I'm ever gonna be able to afford one.

Ansons has a special promo for BPI cardholders... tempting!!!
-

how much na ba yung syntax olevia ngyn? planning to get one sana eh
-
I know jpadua personally and he swears by his 27" Syntax.
I was wondering if anybody has seen the 3021 model (I'm guessing it's 30") around locally and for how much? The only thing is - I've seen the Yes 32" (90k) and that ViewSonic 27" (60k) in Park Square so those models are all giving the Syntax a run for the money.
-
guys any news regadring any promo's or prices for syntax olevia na?
-
been using my 42" plasma of syntax for 20 months na and i'm very happy with the performance. colors are astounding! attached my mac via dvi and superlinaw sya.
I wouldn;t hesitate to recommend this brand.

guys how much na po ngayon yung 32" olevia na lcdtv?

sorry sa lahat ah, pero i compared the syntax i guess hindi sya best buy. yung color nya hindi masyadong clear. i compare it with LG, Samsung, PIoneer, panasonic, and philips. add ka nalang ng 30k yung magandang brand na kunin mo. yung LG kasama na yung home theater nya, samsung kasama Home Theater, and cellphone yung latest. Pioneer kasama yung JAMO Home Theater plus porma points, ganda kasi eh but yung ratio ng pioneer is only 5000:1 lang. samsung and LG 10,000:1.plus 100,000 viewing hrs
kaso i bili ko LG (Lucky Goldstar) ganda kasi yung service nila. malaki kasing company yung LG so i guess right choice for me. HDtv ready na kasi sya. yung syntax for what i know is only a EDTV. 42" for only 110,00 pesos included na yung wall bracket and stand, home theater 5.1 mic, 2600 songs KAraoke na rin kasi yung home theater nya. color nya hindi ka magsisisi. try mo silang compare. meron ngayun sa makati glorieta appliances madness by bpi. cash ko binili kaya mababa sya. if your buying a plasma tv ask mo yung ratio nya. kailangan 10,000:1 ang ratio nya para makita mo yung clarity nya. buy ka na rin ng moster cable (6,700) sarap manood ng DVD. sorry sa mga may syntax dyan this is only my owned thinking
