Pinagawa ko lang po yung wall-mount brackets for the rear center sa kapitbahay namin. and yung table top naman... it's just a piece of wood and pinch of nails.. hehehe ;D sinukatan ko lang sya... ;)

Galing pa ng display. According to a mag that I read:
LCD TV contrast ratio 3,000:1 usually
CRT TV contrast ratio 34,000:1
CRT TVs are still the best in terms of black levels.
So good choice!

If Picture daw ang sira.. baka daw palitan na lang nila yung unit nung mas bagong model.. meron ng HDMI... Mas ayus!!! ;D ;D sana nga mapalitan sya... :P

Ok na Sir, for delivery na lang yung kapalit nya na WS32z40HN with HDMI na!!! gastos nanaman to!!! :'( :'( ;D I'm eyeing for the Samsung DVD HD-860 pero d pa ko sure kung region free ung binebenta d2 sa pinas and with DTS decoder.. Dolby lang kasi yung sa ibang thread na nabasa ko eh.. sa iba naman DD/DTS/PCM kaya intay muna ko.. ;D

Saw this one personally at Abenson yesterday. Very Eye catching! Astig ang Porma! And best of all - REASONABLY priced. Thinking of having one soon. Or a projector na lang. Bahala na! Congrats pre! :)

Dan. I saw a Hitachi PJ TX-100 yata model, being sold for 59k. Eh yan yung kalaban ng AE700 last year @ P100k. check it out, its a good deal.

So far sir, slight difference in viewing standard DVDs in 720p and 1080i in my 32" Slimfit. All you can notice is more vivid colors and crispier contrast ;D ;D lalo cguro to sir pag natuloy FPJ project ko.. ;D thanks Sir Jojitv ;)

sir pero audition mo muna yung hitachi tx-100 ah. when i auditioned it when i was shopping for a pj, there was noticeable chicken wire/screen door effect. but if ur not bothered with it, good deal coz its really a big price drop-off. november nung na audition ko and its 98k, ngayon 59k......tempting nga.... ;D ;D

Sir, how did you put the fornt center speaker on top of the TV? What material did you put on top of the TV to be able to put the front center speaker on top?

very nice setup sir cheimonyo! :) i was wondring what kind of flooring or matting did you use for it? yung parang glossy... does it have some dampening properties? tile kasi floor ko and sound is bouncing all over the place...

@ savagecross - It's just a thick renolium @ 85 per meter. wala namn po napapansin na reflection from the floor, except na lang yung mga galing sa dingding ko ;D

Simple but very nice setup indeed. Congrats. I think kung malalatagan lang ng kahit na cheap na carpet ang sahig plus lagyan ng kurtina yung gilid at likod, lalong lalabas ang magandang tunog ng setup mo sir. Again congrats.

I used to sell ambilights Sir, ;D
But after the second orders were delivered and picked up. I've decided to stop retailing my product and concentrate na lang sa wholesale.. Medyo mahirap kasi isabay sa time ng deliveries yung pick-up time ng mga umorder eh and at the same time kasi i'm working in shifts sa office naman ;) Pero pag nakaluwag luwag sa schedule. I'll post na lang sa B&S pag okay na..
and yes it's 220V T5 lights, 6watts

yung 9dfs ba sa side? meron talaga sya 2 holes for wall mounting. But, kung tinutukoy mo is yung 9CS sa likod, pinagawaan ko lang sya ng wall bracket. Yun nga lang, sacrifice na yung bubutasan mo yung 9CS for 2 screw holes for each side :(.

Di naman sir, talagang liliitan ko lang yung viewing area ko.. wala na kasi mapaglagyan yung kama ko eh ;D a smaller area but more personal.. i think... ;D hehehe..

Di na pede PJ project ko sir :(.. talagang limited space na lang ang binigay ko sa HT eh.. eto na rin kasi magiging room ko. More of a resting area na lang talaga to with very small viewing area. Kaya everything should be compact.

Just done painting the walls. ;)
I find it too dark... but my ever supportive fiancee ;D told me to wait till every accents, fixtures and flooring is done . Well.. maybe.. coz this is the first time i'll be having a dark painted room and i'm not used to it.
Ambilights... sobrang busy ngayun sa ibang racket sir... ;D ;D
Di bale sir Compaq, pag medyo nakaluwag luwag, i'll find time to shed some again..
hopefully bukas magawa na yung flooring and fixtures.. gusto ko kasi lahat tapos na sa room bago ko naman simulan ang aking munting "HT Corner" ;D ;D ;D

Just waiting for the customized perfectview stands for the surround and custom made AV rack to be painted. Still looking for a medium sized carpet for the viewing area. ;D

comment lang: maybe you can find a better spot for your sub? like at the corner by the foot of your bed, or behind the couch( for nearfield placement that should add a kick to the bass) or maybe you can have one of the speaker stands modified to be able to place a speaker on top of the sub :D

Thanks Sir for the inputs. Na-try ko na kasi sya ilagay kung saan saan eh.. mukhang dun lang talaga yung pinaka-effective na pwesto nya. Na-try ko na rin po ilagay ung sub dun sa pwesto kung san ako uupo tapos ako yung gumapang paikot para malaman kung san pinaka effective ang sub, pero unluckily dun sa pwesto na yun talaga lang effective ;D ;D sana lang talaga meron pa ko ibang choice ;D ;D
