ahmm..mga sirs here sa abudhabi..may tanong ako...bumili kse yung friend ko ng lcd na toh...so wala pa syang dvd player.
so..anong dvd player yung pwede nyang bilin? anong brand and model? at tingin ko hindi na sya mag uupgrade ng tv...gusto ko lang mamaximize nya yung features ng tv nya. and tingin ko din pirated movies ang madalas nyang gagamitin..so anong dvd player na may hdmi yung okay? tnx sir...

I would suggest Pioneer, its region free, divx capable, hdmi+component, upscales to 720p and 1080i.
Works great with today's f*kes.

Pioneer DV-400 or DV-600av

Both work well with original or f*kes. Hindi lang nareread lahat ng CDRW (especially if may heavy scratches). But overall, I personally like them (I own one ;)). Both are 1080 upscalers.

Philips I think may be also good. Better compatibility with various media (CDRW etc).
