Can I say something though...

I think you will maximize the potential of your HT and your receiver if you will opt to get a larger front speakers, especially for music listening. Well, if you only have space for tower speakers, if you dont, I'll rest my case..

Still nice set-up.

Thanks for the comments, I couldn't agree less.  I've just upgraded my receiver kse so I think I'll keep my speakers for now  :)  Anyway, two channel audio is still very good even with my M71s! :)

bro!

Not at all sir.  Meron pa nga akong glass between the two to compensate for their depth difference (mas mahaba kasi yung cayin kaysa oppo).

a glass in between would distribute the weight of ur cdp
on ur OPPO...

If I may add, a large true 1080p display will help you reap the full benefits of the 875's video processing.

Congrats, nice gears!

I forgot to mention, the 875 runs really hot. So give consideration to ventilation.  :)

Sirs johnE. and vtec3, thanks po for the comments.

Sir MAtZTER, salamat for the advise -- I have 3 sets of (exhaust) fans above to keep the 875 from running hot.

Thanks for looking retro12195. Here are some of the updates:

1. I've replaced my Oppo-980H with an Oppo-BDP83.
2. I had the L/F speakers coupled with the Vibrapod/Vibracone combo and it was way better than with just the Vibrapod under them.
3. I've also put acoustic panels behind the L/F/C speakers c/o Sir Tony.
4. Bought a Wii console and changed the casing into black (para all black pa din).  Hirap palang palitan ng case ng Wii, daming screws.

I-post ko na lang yung pictures when I have the time.
