Title: DIY Tube Amp and Tube Pre-amp? Who's Interested? (with Pictures)

- i've started this thread under "Service" board 'til i realized that this topic should be placed here in "Tubes" board, so i'm so sorry for my double post. Please delete my other post under "Service" board if needed. Thanks :)

Good Day PinoyDVD members :)

I have a cousin who's into Tube Amp and Tube Pre-Amp DIY for i think 7 years or more now and won alot of awards in some Audio shootout contest. And me as one of his client was impressed by his job especially with the Sound quality of most of his projects (Tube Amps). You can also ask Mr. Edrel Sison, our beloved co-member here in PinoyDvd about my cousin's credibility in Tube Amps DIY-ing, i believe Edrel is a Kumpare of my cousin :)

To our Mods and readers of this post,
The reason why i posted this is that, my cousin is not really a computer geek, he really don't know how to use computers kaya di sya makapag-member sa Wiredstate and PinoyDVD or other Audio sites. I'm just helping him to be known in our community, nakakapanghinayang kasi ang talent nya. I hope we can support someone like him ;)

- pre-amp tube - 6SN7 or you can use
6SL7 (tube rolling)

(this is one hell of a pre-amp, a single tube driven preamp, i personally heard it sings, veerryyy sweet, especially if you'll use 6SL7)

i'll ask my cousin to provide a list of his tube amps and preamps as well as their prices. You can also contact him directly and ask for a quotation kung ano ang gusto nyong ipagawa sa kanya :)

* as for the other amps in the pictures above or tube amps you have in mind, you may ask for a quotation directly from Ruel and you can discuss every details as well :)

Note: These clone tube amps was tested side by side with the originals, the result... Clones sounded better than the originals ;)

It's better to directly ask Ruel for the price of amp/s that you want him to to do for you. Para ma-negotiate nyo na rin, i'm sure he'll give you a very reasonable price, madaling kausap yun ;)

I have an AV200 for a year and wants to convert it to tube output amplifier (DIY). Anybody there could help me get the schematics and part lists? I am new in radio electronics but can solder and knows a little bit of drawings and schematics. I would prefer an SET low watter design using the power supply and pre-amp of AV200.
