Hi Magnavision, any news if Studio World will release All-Star Superman locally (same as what you did for Green Lantern: First Flight, Batman: Under the Red Hood & Superman/Batman: Apocalypse)?
Hope we no longer have to strictly go R1 for upcoming DCU Animated Movies.
The R1 will be released on February 22, 2011.

^^ Available na ito. For 550 pesos. Available na rin ang Superman vs. Shazam.

This release is a bit too late for me as I already got the R1.
Anyway, is it 1 or 2 discs?

I haven't checked. Most probably it's just 1 disc. The Special Features only shows extended versions of the Jonah Hex, and Green Arrow shorts.

Decided to change the thread title to just "DCU Animated Movies", so it encompasses all the DCU animated releases.
My decision to hold-off buying the R1 Green Lantern: Emerald Knights paid off as the R3 is already out locally at price of P550.
I hope Magnavision/Studio World continues to locally release future DCU animated movies. Looking forwards to Batman: Year One at later part of this year.

Tried to round up these titles; but some appear to have been produced in too limited quantities. I cannot find any local R3 copies of the ff:
Batman/Superman: Public Enemies
Wonder Woman
Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths
Fortunately I just went to the US and got them all in R1 2-disc versions, plus Batman: Year One. I already have the rest, so my collection is complete for now.

The 3 titles above were not released locally in DVD format. Also, as of now Batman: Year One has not yet been released.
I don't want to wait long anymore for a release that might not even show up, so I already got my Batman: Year One Blu-Ray from Amazon c/o a PinoyDVD seller.

Recently bought the Superman v. The Elite disc. I suppose the special features are ok, with a number of "behind-the-scenes" type sneak peaks of the other titles, esp. the upcoming The Dark Knight Returns, as well as other previous releases, but WTF is it with the menu system? It's as if the local distributor just asked some amateur to download the movie and clips from the internet and cobble together a DVD with some generic home-made DVD authoring software!
