Mga Sirs (Louie_18, Stilljey, Audiojunkie, ninjababez, tein, Courage, Pau_D_Mann)...
Many Thanks, really appreciate that everybody is Welcome here, in fact I got my inspiration
to your galleries... now I considered myself as a Pinoy DVD member...

BTW, as I read on different discussions on how to setup HT, center speakers can either above or
below the display as long as it is directed towards the listening area... my purpose - to save space
and have a clean/neat rack... I tried to search for wall mount that could withstand the weight of this
heavy charisma... fortunately, with my friends help... I got cheaper one from CDR King... and here it is...
So far OK nmn sya...

 :) :) :)

Ok nga pagkakawall mount mo sa center.
Pano mo yan ginawa brader? :)
Thanks
Title: Re: ridewavecrv HT
Post by: ride86 on Feb 13, 2012 at 10:35 AM
I used wall mounts available from CDR King that is intended for LCD/LED... I forgot the model/code, but it
varies depending on the weight of the item.

I used 2 types: 1 for sorround & 1 for center...
The only difficulty that I encountered is the wall mounting, its too messy for the concrete drilling...
Since it is not intended for speakers, I checked the screws for both wall mount and the baffle.. OK nmn sya.

Welcome sa gallery ;)

Congrats!!!

Uy! Speysyal mensyon pa aketch. hehehe... Again, mas malapit ang ulo ng tao sa taas kaya mas in-synch pag nasa taas ang center speaker, tama ba sir ride?  :)

Simple to look at pero am sure sulit yan. Ganda!  :o :o Kongratz!

If I may, suggest ko lang na iangat mo ng konti ang fronts mo from the wall. Give at least 8" - 1ft kung maaari ang hear the difference.  ;)

I agree with you sir praktikal... audio is clear whether the viewer is either in sitting or in standing position.
I'll try your suggestion to put some space for my fronts againts the wall... Do you have any technical explanation for this.

Many Thanks.

Oh nice!  ;)

Dont you have timber issues with the Golden Ear matched with Anthony's speakers? I mean, those fronts are totally different speakers with different sized drivers.

Nice treatments sir, what material did you use for the bass traps? They look good.

Nice HT sir :)

Cheers :)

sir, just curious why did you choose one ported and one sealed for your dual subs?

mas maganda ba combination rather than having both ported or both sealed. since ported is louder, hindi ba overwhelmed ng ported sub yung sealed.

I believe the ported for Punch while the sealed for mid-bass. But interested also to hear from ridewavecrv

Sir, ported for chest punch and sealed for mid-bass. Initial config of subs are all LFE, sound is too boomy. With the help of mikeC and JazzyJake, config of subs are: for ported plays only below 50Hz and for sealed plays between 50~100Hz, result is WOW, you can experience bass layering....
