             BeTv
             AlJazerra
             RHtv

There's a very thin line of chance that the Philippines will not migrate to 16:9; many Filipinos still doesn't own one.....

last time i checked, deadline for transition to digital tv as mandated by the NTC will be by 11:59pm on  Dec. 31, 2015. that means starting 2016, local stations should have completed transition to the digital broadcast standard.

Does anyone have a link to the NTC circular or memo?

I don't remember any provision on aspect ratios.

can't wait for 2016. Philippines will probably broadcast at 720p while other countries are trying to adapt the 4k/8k resolution. LOOOL!
