Title: Whats new Von Schweikert?

In photo is the only DB-99 SE speaker in the Philippines. This is Von Schweikert Audio's discontinued high sensitivity, high impedance and low distortion speaker. It was widely successful for use with SET and low powered amps, but was intended for use with any type of amplifier.   Enter the VR44 Aktive. Similar in appearance to the DB-99 SE, but benefitting from technology used in the current Unifield line, and the VR-9 and VR-11 mkII models. The black Von Schweikert floorstanders singing during the show was amazing!
Female vocals were so detailed and soothing.

If only I had the money :)
