Title: Problem with Auto Tuning for UA40ES5600R Smart 40-Inch Full HD LED TV

Mga kabisyo,

Ask ko lang sana if may naka ranas ba sa inyo sa problema ng Auto / manual tuning for TV channel sa

UA40ES5600R Smart 40-Inch Full HD LED TV.

Source namin from Cable Chanel provider using coax connetor.
Nag auto and manual tuning kami, malabo ang mga channel and maingay ang sounds.
sana may makatulong. This is 2 days old LED tv only and SNR san fernando said na itawag sa Samsung Technical support.

lahat po ba ng channel malabo at maingay ang sound?
try mo ibalik sa factory setting.start auto tuning again. select mo american CATv.

Ser otep_32 - hindi pa po na try ng factory reset, basta after ma auto tune ni wifey e nag ka channel pero malabo at maingay. So she tried, manual tuning. kaso same pa din. i will ask her to try later.
