anybody please share your buying experiences from these online stores.  any opinion on these stores?

zappos is owned by amazon i believe.. ive bought from zappos before.. no problem.

i've bought from zappos also before with no problems except for my last purchase. i forgot to change the zipcode to use for my local debit card so my purchase didn't push through however i was still billed by zappos so i had to file a refund from my bank because of this.

on zappos site it says once your purchased items are shipped, that would be the time they'll charge you but apparently that's not true based on my experience.
