Title: 42ln5400 usb movie functionality

Good day, I was thinking of buying an LG 42ln5400, good price but I get mix reviews and specs, one question lang po ay nakakapagplay ba ito ng movie sa usb mostly mkv, mp4? Me mga retailer sites na sabi pwede merun naman review na photo and video lang, tapos may site na sabi iba iba raw version and function per region, may nakabili na ba nito at nakapag test kung ok USB movie playback.

I have the LG 50ln5400, it plays mkv file from usb.

thanks for the reply, Just bought it too at abensons and tested mkv, it is working, but the thing is a friend bought the same model at Saudi Arabia and it does not support movies, just sound and picture, same model, so I think it varies by region, on other forums I also read that it does not support videos by usb at US, good thing the model here in Philippines supports usb movie.
