Has anyone tried kef x300a active speakers? Is it really worth the price of 800 USD?

Knowing mga products ng KEF, i'm sure it's worth it. Input na lang ng line level and your good to go. No need for preamp and amp kasi built-in na. Kung class D amp lang siya baka kumuha din ako. Lalo na kung bluetooth capable sana.

it's a nice powered monitor with built-in DAC. the only drawback I see is that you can't connect a subwoofer to it. :-\

Wala nga. USB connection pa naman sana between the 2 speakers. pero knowing mga pdvders, may work around diyan. Pwedeng mag-tap sa loob, sa speaker terminals to get amplified signals for the sub. or better yet, wireless sub na!!! Si REL may wireless sub na. I just don't know yet kung paano i-integrate viwa Bluetooth.

interested din ako dati sa KEF X300A. pero deal-breaker sakin yung inability to connect sub.
