Title: using laptop hdmi port to hdmi Plasma TV

Can i used my acer aspire 4752 laptop watching movies in full HD to a plasma tv.?

If your laptop has an hdmi port, just plug one end to your computer and the other end to the tv and you're more or less good to go.
