Ok yung pinoyboxdelivery. They're partner with UMAC.

I've tried shipping from the U.S., so far ok naman ang service.
In their werbsite (once you've registered), they will indicate how many % full your box is (ex. 50%, 75%), so matatantsiya mo kung mapupuno na. And if mukhang hindi kakasya, you can upgrade your box to the next bigger size (of course you also pay more for the bigger box). Also, the good thing about this company is that they don't charge extra for certain electronics like other shipping companies do. And ang pagka-pack nila ng box namin was very neat and talaga nasagad namin ang box,. So sulit and halos 95% puno. We'll use their services again soon.

Shipping time was more or less 30-35 days to the Philippines upon leaving the US. You have I think 1 month from your start of registration (payment) to consolidate your items per box.

once nakapag-register ka sa site nila, you could check their prices for different sizes of the box... :)

You can see the rates at their website, look for the youtube video link, makikita dun yung rates.

I think they ship from California USA, Canada and UK TO Philippines lang, NOT vice versa.

My sister just received her shipment last week, so far ok pa rin. She's also have another box shipped by end of May.

So far average is around 35 days shipping time.

The good thing I like about them (I don't know about other shipping companies) is that you can upgrade to a larger box if in case your current box becomes too full or too small to fit all your packages.

So far, so good.

i tried it. bago lang sila kaya magulo din service. my first shipment was said to be shipped end of december, 2013 and i expected it around 2 week of feb. after a couple of followup i have learned na nde pa pala na ship item ko ng february 2nd week. just the reason na na-hold daw ng customs but they didnt inform me that. so yung 45 days ETA ko naging 90 days.

First time lang ako sa kanila. In Transit na yung package ko from UK to PInas. Yun ang sabi nila. I got tracking number na pero wala pa update from Umac database. So hintay ako.

Hi, May I ask what shipping method you used? Air or sea? I didn't know they charged extra for electrical appliances.

Sea. Grinder was heavy so it would cost too much. Customs daw suddenly imposed.

Hmm.. we never encountered extra charges before with regards to Pinoybox and Customs, although we never had a coffee grinder shipped before.
Is your grinder an industrial type (did it fit inside their standard box sizes)? Or a home-use type such as Krups or Baratza Encore?

My guess is that you were charged by Customs during the Customs issue last year (when they were opening and x-ray'ing Balikbayan boxes before), or did you just experience this recently?
