Title: Should I go for the Philips BDP3480K/98?

Hi! Please help me.

For quite some time I have used a DVD player.
I love watching DVD and Im now planning to buy and upgrade to a Blu-ray player.
I only have 4k-5k budget.
I stumbled upon the Philips BDP3480K/98 which is priced at P4,990.
Any reviews or insights on this model?
Any suggestions with other brands/models with 3D that are also at the 4k-5k range and has all the awesome features?

Stay away from Philips!  That was my first BD player and I was so disgusted because it won't play most of my BDs.  I had to dispose immediately.

Get a Samsung or a Panasonic here at PDVD.  Marami mura dito

Baliktad sa akin. My Philips BDP3100 reads most bds that I watched in it including the picky The Frozen Planet. I'm still using 2 units for 2D playback and for dvds since it can be unlocked.
