Title: Portable external HD

Good day.

Question uli.....

Using an IBM 80G HD

   plugged it into a 2014 LG 58LB20 & PC - will play

   plugged it into a 2011. Sony TV.  - will not play
 
   plugged in NMT - will not play

Any help?

baka hindi compatible yung hdd sa nmt

AFAIK, older model of Sony tv won't play HDD's formatted in NTFS. they only play FAT32..

is there a way to make it compatible? 

my home pc - na-babasa siya, office pc - cannot

the hard drive is around 14 years old

the sony does not even recognize the hdrive, pag sinaksak ko, nothing.  ganoon ba yun?  is there away to format it to fat32?

what if iformat mo muna ng fat32 sa home pc before using it sa sony tv?
