Title: Sony KLV-48R472B Full HD led

Post by: kaspog08 on Nov 19, 2014 at 01:10 PM: Ganyan model ang ipinalit ko sa Samsung H5500 ko, meron kasing dead fixel pero di halata...sobrang malas talaga..nabili ko yun ng 40K after 3 days 35K na lang..nagkaron din ng dead fixel after 2 weeks na gamit, pinapull out ko sa sony service center..tas software upgrade lang daw..yung technician na nagpull out dead fixel at dent sa gilid yung nilagay sa report..Nov 13 pinul out hanggang ngayon wala pa rin silang report..under observation pa raw! :(

I think H5000 ang unit mo before? the 1080p plasma?

That's why I accepted my unit with one Dead Pixel and just asked for additional 6 months warranty. di naman halata DP three two feet away. actually di nga siya talagang dead pixel kasi pag blue lit siya e. Still enjoying the TV and malapit na ko matapos sa 100 hours break-in

plus di naman software related issue ang dead pixel.

mga bro sa medyo naguguluhan ako sa settings kasi nya yung picture mode tatlo lang options : standard, vivid at custom

pero sa official site ng sony ito picture options nya :

Picture Mode Vivid, Standard, Custom, Photo-Vivid, Photo-Standard, Photo-Custom, Cinema, Game, Graphics, Sports

any advice kung papanu ko maseselect itong mga options na ito?

Post by: genesys on Nov 29, 2014 at 07:47 AM: had this tv, hindi ko nagustuhan yung pic quality. yung helicopter scene sa first part ng avengers movie, grabe yung mga square artifacts lalo na dun sa rotating blades ng helicopter. may delay din sa response pag ginagamit ang remote.

Sir, saan service center mo dinala para update yung firmware? tumawag kasi ako sa sony service center wala pa daw update for KLV-48R472B.

dapat na ask mo muna yung latest firmware version then check mo yung sayo kng hinde pareho request ka ng update sa kanila

tinanong ko na rin sa service center kung ano latest version ng KLV-48R472B sabi nila is V9.010 same as my TV.

Nakapag update ka na rin ba sir ng V9.104?

Post by: Kakashi03 on Feb 16, 2015 at 04:08 PM: My tv will bre replaced after 1 and half months nag white screen muna sya and sabi ng tech software lang daw sabi pa for pull out hinde ako pumayag since update lang sabi ko sa bahay na gawin hinde raw pwde hahaha e mukhang hardware na sira nito kaya pupull out nila >:D
