I wanted to try this. But i read a lot of negative comments in facebook. someone even created a blog about it. There were claims of items getting lost and delayed deliveries.

I've used them for two shipments. They have been very efficient in those two cases (delivery well before the expected delivery date).

I've been loyal to Johnny Air for the past few years, but LBC Shipping cart is just too affordable and convenient to let pass.

Uh-oh...

If you'd tried DHL / FedEx / UPS, it's a lot worse. You can't even dispute the charges most of the time.

LBC indicates the tarriffs for common items in their website.

I tried them recently but my experience has not been as good so far.

My first package arrived at their Hayward address last week and until now, it has not been posted yet online as part of "my stored items." A second package arrived last Monday and like the first, hasn't been posted. So even if I wanted to have them shipped to me here already, I cannot act on the packages.

I followed up by email and phone, and their excuse is the "huge number of shipments" that their US branch is processing right now.

Good thing a third package I decided to ship with suking JAC again, since I need it by next week. It's now posted on JAC's online tracker, and going by their usual timeline, it should be in JAC-Megamall sometime next week.

May binili ako last year wala pa $100 cost of items, over P2k ang total charges pagdeliver sa akin.  >:(

This is interesting.

If my computations are right, this is 23% cheaper than Forexworld for sea freight, prior to payment of taxes.  However, once the taxes are considered, the more items you ship, the higher the costs become vs the balikbayan box of Forexworld.

My brother regularly sends boxes via LBC and aside from delays, we have not experienced any lost or missing items.  I, on the other hand regularly bring in boxes via Forexworld, and I am very happy with their services for the past 6 years.

I am guessing that their current issues are with the volume of receiving individual items and having to see that these are received in good condition.  Might try this once they get over their birth pains.

Yeah i've DHL/FedEx and never again. I've used LBC multiple times but not this shopping cart. I have family who can consolidate and send it. A box is about $25 and arrives after 7-10 days delivered with no customs tax.

Alam ko ata yan. Parang shoebox size ang $25?

Ako, ever since, nagbabalikbayan box kami via Pinoyboxdelivery and had no problems/lost packages naman. They consolidate the items and you can even use their credit card (for a fee) if you don't have one. Yan lang nga 30-40 days ang shipping time, and usually longer kung may port congestion. Pero at least walang ng customs or any other extra fees pa.

But sa mga nagmamadali (7-10 days), LBC/JAC/DHL is a faster (albeit more expensive) solution.

Sana may magpost pa ng actual experience of LBC Shipping Cart dito.

I just tested out lbcshippingcart.ph and the service is pretty good.  They give you a US address that accepts and consolidates your online orders.  You can store your items with them for a maximum of 30 days without charge.  The company charges you a minimal fee for every day thereafter.  Once your deliveries are complete, they'll ship your orders via air cargo and deliver to your doorstep within 10 business days or earlier via LBC.

I ordered from Amazon and other online sites and they delivered my orders with no problem at all.  Their rates are pretty reasonable, especially considering the savings you get from ordering stuff online.  You can use PayPal for payment.  Your payment includes all duties and taxes already.

For my latest purchase, I got a large "saddleback" leather backpack (18.3 in high), a large leather/canvas backpack, Soundblaster Z soundcard, a Kindle Paperwhite 300ppi with hardcase, a lady's handbag, various audio cables and banana plugs, an Amiiqo, a "saddleback" leather wallet, and a couple of 3DS XL hardcases.  Total weight is about 10 lbs.  Total door-to-door airfreight cost + taxes was only P4900+.  On my savings from the leather backpack alone, I already covered my lbcshippingcart.ph fees.  Shipping dimensions are minimized since my orders were consolidated and packed into a single box.  One nice thing about the service is that they advise you via email whenever they receive a delivery and post pictures of all contents thereof.  This way, you have both a written and photo inventory of all consolidated items.

Would love to see the breakdown of cost, specially the taxes part, as I always purchase in the CONUS and, more often than not, high ticket items.

As usual, I'm worried about customs and taxes.

Another thing, are the items shipped insured?

For local shipping with LBC, I always tell them that I want my items insured. Best to ask or inform them prior to shiment na lang.

You can put in an insured amount per package before they start consolidating your items.

got my package in 11 days. ordered 2 pair of shoes, some clothes, .. paid roughly 2k with a 12% discount. i like the idea of consolidating all my items and showing a picture of the items that they received prior to sending it to PH. my only gripe is that it took them about 4 days before they updated my cart after my first amazon package arrived. second package was updated in my cart much faster, probably because i was bombarding them previously with emails requesting for updates.

yes, i would definitely use lbcshippingcart again.

I cleared my consolidated order for shipment last Friday and got my order yesterday - or after just 5 calendar days.  Got 15% discount also because of the type of BPI card I used.  All in all, I've had 3 shipments come in through LBC Shipping Cart in the past couple of months and all of them proceeded without any drama or fanfare. :)

Hi, for example i order from amazon and they place the item in an extra large box (they're known for doing this), will lbcshipping cart open the package and place it on their own smaller box before shipping to Manila?

LBC Shipping Cart will open the package, take a photo of the item, and post in your Storage Cart.  Then, it places it back in its original packaging and reseals it.  If you have multiple items, LBC places everything in a master box (such as balikbayan box) and fills up the excess space inside with space filler.  You still get charged the same way (per actual weight) and the extra weight and volume taken up by the master box is no longer included in LBC's delivery charges.

Is it necessary to file a Form 1583 if my package will be delivered by USPS?

U.S. Postal Laws and Regulations dictate that all entities receiving service from a Commercial Ma Receiving Agency (CMRA), such as Shipping Cart, must file a duly completed USPS Form 1583. This form, which authorizes Shipping Cart to receive your packages, is a legal requirement, and cannot be waived under any circumstance. You can download the form here (http://about.usps.com/forms/ps1583.pdf). Send the accomplished form and documents to [email protected].

Did any of you need to submit this USPS form 1583?  Ok lang if courier is always UPS/FedEx/Amazon Logistics, but this seems to be specific for USPS delivery.

Meron kasi ako rush items I need for Christmas, so I'd like to try this service.

I agree that this is a great feature of this service. It took me 3 weeks to have my 7 items delivered from different sources to LBC CA. Throughout that time LBC notified me whenever an item arrived, patiently held on to the items until I gave the go-signal to ship,  then consolidated everything into one box.

So far ok naman LBC SC. Ordered a 45L backpack from B n H at siguro mas malaki yung b n h box kaya nilagay nila sa Amazon box na swak yung bag. First time shipping through them.

I'm impressed, my shipment only took 6 days.

I was expecting it to be delivered around dec 4, was surprised when an LBC truck pulled over on our gate, and handed me my stuff.

When I checked the tracking number on their site, the status is out for delivery, time stamp 10:46am, they arrived by 1:30pm.

There are 9 items in the box which are neatly packed, and they have this plastic with air thingy to protect the items.

Among the things I ordered are 2TB external HDD and flash drive, and the rest are stuff for my son and wife.

So far satisfied, and will surely use them for my black friday shopping...

I just received my notice today of "CONSOLIDATED" status.  So I expect that to be on the plan by tomorrow.  I paid on Monday yata.

from payment of shipping sir, I've paid Nov. 19, dumating kahapon.

Their time commitment is around dec 4, pero dumating ng maaga.

From what I've read from the blogs, yung iba dumarating 8 days, 10 days and 12 days.

Kaya nagulat ako mine only took around 6 days.

How many days total from the first time that the status indicated that it was consolidated?

Paid Nov23, delivered just today, Dec 3.  Still ahead of their original estimate.  Paid 2.1k (net of BPI 15% discount).  2xSSDs, 2xFitbit Charge HRs, 1 Rayban sunglasses, 1 set HDMI cables.  Ang laki nung box, pero mga just over half lang ang na-occupy.  The rest were airbag spacers.

Happy customer.  Better value than JAC, IMO.  I'll use LBC again for rush orders.

Yes, more-or-less the actual value.  Meron $100 limit so the Fitbits had to be maxed out at $99.  Yung SSD were 240Gb only, so actual lang nilagay ko.

Sabi daw $100 is the limit without paying extra.  Not sure if individually nila ni-insure or by whole box.  Kasi kung individually, then people will just max out the declared value at $100.

Anyway, happy camper here.

Sounds like this is a good alternative to JAC.

1. How much taxes/duties do you have to pay for electronics like HDDS and laptops?

2. How about for luxury bags?

3. How and will they handle high ticket items, such as watches in the range or 4000 to 8000 usd?

Thanks.

I have had the worst experience with them, and up to now, my issue remains unresolved.

I paid for shipment of a package last December 15. Until now, there is no update in my account about the package. They did not even bother posting a tracking number in my account. I emailed and called them multiple times but still have not received an acceptable answer about my missing package. I attached the status of my package below. As you can see, they received it in office 199 more than 3 weeks ago and then nothing happens afterwards. Every time I call them, their answer is they don't know what happened and they will just update me. After 3 weeks of waiting, "I don't know"  is not an acceptable update!

They have been very unprofessional and incompetent so far.

Yung sa kin, ok naman. Ordered from Amazon on diff. dates and some diff. sellers. Wait until all orders arrive at LBC then shipped in one box, paid 3500 pesos. Na-received ko in one box, ang laman 6pcs vinyl, protractor, tracking force gauge, cleaning brush, 2pcs cartridge and a headshell. Currently have another orders which is already at their end, pero hinihintay ko pa yung delivery ng isang vinyl before shipping it.

Be careful what you order. Amazon and accredited sites will ship any listed item on their site to LBC address in the U.S. Problem is under Phil law, some items are prohibited from entering. So baka naiipit yung ibang items sa U.S LBC address.

Nagmahal ata ng sobra ang airfreight charges nila starting from the update last Feb. 1. Mine,  Onkyo AVR and 5 small grocery items,  12k kung via air! I opted for sea cargo instead na inabot ng almost 3k. Will not use them again. First time ko gamitin sila dahil kala ko mas mura yung bago nilang rates but turned out as per previous users. Halos 100% pala or more ang itinaas ng rates nila. I have been a Forexworld user for 3 years now via sea cargo Lang lagi. If I will compare with my current lbc shipping cart box,  siguro 1.7k lang to sa forex!!! Beware guys.

i just received my first ever shipment from lbc.. i am not happy with how they consolidated my stuff.. 1. they placed it in a very very big box, when one of the boxes inside wouldve been enough to consolidate all my orders.  ive written them a complaint letter asking to offset the difference on shipping charge, 1k+.  if they dont refund or credit it to my next shipment, then i will stop using them.

i felt cheated on how they consolidated. its like trying to maximize their profits.

@Waxx: I've used Shipping Cart several times, and IMHO, I don't think the size of the box they use for consolidation matters dun sa kanilang fee. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe they just use the size/weight of the individual packages to compute the charges, and not the size of the consolidated box. I often try to double-check the computation of the fees, and so far wala naman po akong nakitang inflated charges or discrepancies. Baka po may item kayo that required special handling, kaya po nagmahal yung fee?

i dont think so, they pretty much charge same as jac or msb... by actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher..... here is whats stated in their faq...

FEES
How do you compute for Shipping Fees?

Shipping fees are computed based on the following formulas:

AIR & SEA CARGO = Chargeable Weight (whichever is higher between Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight) x Rate + Fixed Fee

my first 2 items which they consolidated has a volumetric weight of 3lbs and 1 lb respectively... box 1 was computed at 2595.68. the second one is ar 1200 if im not mistaken.. consolidated, i got charged close to 3k for those items combined..

doing my consolidation, my box 2 items wouldve fit together in my box 1 items and weighted around 5lbs.  box 1 contents were 1. a stethoscope 2. ear thermometer 3. reverse osmosis fittings 4. mini screwdriver.  box 2 contained 6pcs glowbowl toiled lights.

im not sure if they considered those items "special handling case" and even if they did.. i shouldve been charged only 2600 maximum (inclusive of their handling fee of $10)

and i find their service a bit slow as well...  all my items were delivered to their warehouse last june29. i just received my box yesterday.. thats almost 20 days..

anywyas, ive already emailed my complaint to them.. ill just wait for their side.  chances are, i will just stop using their services and revert back to msb.  its faster and their services are more transparent

@Waxx: Oh, that is unusual. You were charged twice for one consolidated shipment? I have an incoming shipment that was split into two boxes, pero isang charge lang naman... Unless siguro insurance yung nagpamahal? Anyway, I hope they settle that issue to your satisfaction. :)

Medyo mabagal nga sila lately. Last year nakukuha ko yung items ko within 10 days by air. This month and last month it took about 3-4 days for them just to update the status of the item. Sana bumilis uli sila. Hehe.

Mas mabagal nga air freight nila compared to JAC. Umaabot ng 3 weeks maski hindi holiday season. Advantage lang is consolidation. Sa experience ko cheaper pa din sila maski pag single item shipment kasi they'd often choose a smaller box than yung original na gamit ng Amazon, for example.

I use them for larger items na hindi naman nagmamadali. Surface freight takes a month and a half in my experience.

sorry i made it confusing.. no i was not charged twice... i was charged only once for the 2 boxes. but the computation they based it on is questionable.

just got email from lbc...

from my understanding is that they actually consolidate boxes and not items into one box.. so basically their services does not differ from my shopping box.

 here is their email:

The computation is based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the item, whichever is higher. You were charged based on the volumetric weight of 2 items not the box where we consolidate or placed your items.

so basically if our orders were shipped in multiple boxes (amazon is notorious for doing this).. we will get charged per box (ex 3 boxes) box a is $12, box b is $6 and box c is 18$ lbc will still charge us 36$ + $10 service fee ... then lbc will gather all those boxes and consolidate it... into one bigger box (dunno why as this will make it more expensive for them).

from my initial understanding is that they will consolidate items inside box a, b and c and place them in a correct sized box, then measure then charge us.  i guess im wrong.

if this is the case, then balik msb parin ako.. mas sulit sa msb walang $10 per shipment...

OT, but may provide an alternative.

I had communication with Derell of JAC (YAB here), and they said they can offer as "extra service" the consolidation of multiple items, as long as they arrive during the same week (they will waive their other handling fees).  I've not tried it though, kasi single package lang yung kailangan ko urgently.

Quote
Hi,

We standardized our minimum chargeable weight by 2 lbs.

The only discount we may offer is to waived the other handling fees of your multiple parcel that received in in NY within a week.

Feel free to email me with anything I can assist you.

im not sure if dati na nila tong ginagawa..before kasi.. what happens is if the items arrive within 1 week, they waive the handling of the other orders... lets call it grouping boxes para di nakakalito...  consolidation kasi pagkaintindi ko is removing the items from the shipper box and consolidating it together with other items under 1 box.   tama ba?

newbie question mga sir, so kailangan ko ng CC para magpurchase ng item i.e amazon? or pwede ako magbayad thru lbc din?

Need talaga ang credit/debit card to purchase on Amazon.

^^Nagrenovate na nga yung site nila, they are waiving storage fees for now due to congestion and updates sa system nila. I do have 10 cd ordered from Amazon to be delivered to them.

parang di sulit yung waive ng storage fee nila.. e gusto nga natin ma ship agad. if they are able to register within a day upon receiving, then thevfaster we can ship out.. kaya nga air e. yung storage fee, applicable lang sa sea

but the problem is it has really taken too long for them kahit nga i post yung mga natatangap nila na items.

I have had items with them received July 5 and July 13 and up to now there has only been 1 posting so far when I already have several orders even after those 2.

dati it was like 5 days or even less makikita mo na agad yung item once they receive it i  their US address.

i did some intensive computations.... confirmed na mas mura parin sa msb pound for pound vs lbc... kahit na naka promo code ako, mas mura talaga sa msb... (mas mabilis pa)..

drawback of msb is the 25 annual fee.. but if u have bdo cc or u signed before july 1 waived sya for 1 yr..

sorry lbc.. u just lost a client.

their consolidation is a farce.. you get no shipping savings having your items consolidated.. u get savings lang on the handling charge.

msb is consistent.. average 12 to 15  days.. ang importante, mabilis sumagot ang csr. there were instances that i got overcharged, they refunded me the overpayment.

etong sa lbc, di daw nila pwde i refund, dapat daw habang nasa usa pa make the complaint. e medyo bopols pala sila, pano ako magcocomplain e di ko naman hawak yung box...

"The dimensions of the item should be corrected before you check out the items on your storage. The technical Team, can adjust the dimensions if you notice that the dimensions posted to your account is incorrect. They just need the screenshot from the seller showing the correct dimension as their basis for adjustment."

ok sa orayt dba.. sabi ko nalang dibale, keep the overcharged amount, you will need it once you go bankrupt

I have 6 cd's in the cart (in 2 batches) waiting for the arrival of 3rd batch (4 cd's). I will shipp once the 3rd batch arrived, so far satisfied sa speed ng update nila sa system. mga 3 days, reflected na sa cart once they received the items from amazon and notified via email for every movement. Waiting to reflect in the cart.

The only issue I had with them was a PayPal related payment issue in their old website. They had fixed it since. Processing and delivery certainly isn't the fastest, but I have not lost anything.

They used a big box on my stuff once and filled it with packing peanuts. I can fit maybe 5 to 6 of my stuff in that box. I let it pass since they charge based on optimized combined item volume calculations anyway and not shipped volume.

I just signed up last month to ship my Kindle purchase from the Amazon Prime sale. The items - the unit and a matching leather case - shipped separately. The Kindle arrived in 2 days and was added to my storage in 3 days. The case arrived a day after the Kindle but took TWO WEEKS before it showed up in my locker. I followed up regularly to no avail.

However, once both items were consolidated and shipped from their warehouse, the box arrived in 3 or 4 days - so no complaints on the international leg of their service - and I was charged PHP900+ only.

My assessment? Good concept hobbled by severe manpower issues. If they can fix the consolidation delays, I'd use them again

iwas muna kayo gumamit nito until maayos system nila, hindi lang delay problema, pati missing packages. First hand experience. 2 packages ang pinaconsolidate ko for shipment. Mga 5 days before ETA, nagmail sila na nawawala nila ung isang package, ung nawala pa nila ung maraming laman at bulto ng shipment fee. Pag di daw nila nkita, mag claims request sila para sakin. Tpos reverse ng shipment daw nila. After one week, wla pang nangyayari sa sinasabi nila.

I also lost a package with them, buti na lang ang laman is nuforce udac at mogami wires lang, I demand a refund of the declared value plus the shipping fee that i paid, they transferred it to my account after like 3-4 weeks coz they had to investigate pa daw. yeah I agree they had a severe manpower issue right now, my item almost took 2 weeks upon arrival in their warehouse and updated on my account.

They have a delay in tagging new items received in their warehouse since they moved to a new system. They weren't entering received items in the system for a couple of weeks, which resulted in this backlog. Once in the system, processing and shipping are okay.

Yes, nakukuha naman nila even if it's left in the mailbox. Minsan lang hindi in order ang pagprocess. Minsan natatambakan ng bago and 2 weeks or so bago mapasok sa account mo yun item.

Pwede po ba mode of payment is CC sa LBC SC?

Salamat po. Pasensya na po kung marami katanungan.
God bless.

- Yes, LBC na bahala mag box at mag-consolidate from different Amazon vendor with different arrival date to them. It is up to you kung kelan mo gusto i-ship.

Pwede po ba mode of payment is CC sa LBC SC? - Yes, even debit card pwede.

Salamat po. Pasensya na po kung marami katanungan.

The charge is not based on their box size, it's based on your item dimensions or mass (whichever comes out higher). The minimum charge is around 700 pesos, then it just grows depending on dimensions and mass. Insurance charge is also applied if the value exceeds 500 dollars.

ako dati meron isang box na hindi dumating sakin, buti ang laman lang is wires and nuforce uDAC,they refunded me the shipping cost and the declared amount. kaya mula noon pag nag dedeclare ako ng items laging sobra or the max amount per box para pag nawala yun ang iclaim nila sa insurance nila.

Title: Re: LBC Shipping Cart
Post by: Waxx on Sep 28, 2017 at 03:38 PM
dunno if they changed the computation of consolidation.. kasi dati nung gumamit ako ng services nila.. they would still base the rate on the size of the original box..(computed at volume weight or actual weight -whichever is higher)

ex. box 1 is 5lbs, + box 2 = 3lbs + box 3= 4lbs.. tapos nagkasya lahat sa isang 6lbs box... total parin nila is 5+3+4 = 12lbs parin, instead of 6lbs na pinagconsolidatan nila.

wala silang pre defined size ng box, ang computation nila ng charges is based on the original weight and dimension ng box nung dumating yung item sa warehouse nila tapos they will just consolidate it in a box na magkakasya lahat nung mga items mo.

tama, ang nakinabang dito sila..kasi they get charged smaller rate by their cargo handler.. habang ikaw, full price parin binayad mo..

I tried purchasing an item online from the US and I have a LBC shipping cart account. Ang ginawa ko is ang nilagay ko dun sa shipping address dun sa online shop is yung address na binigay or inassign sakin ni shipping cart? Tama ba ginawa ko? And would they notify me once na may dumating na package under my name dun sa address they provided? And pano ko babayaran yung shipping and how long would I need to wait? Thanks!

yup tama ginawa mo, just wait for email from Shipping Cart informing you that they already received your item, then just log-on to your account and you'll see the shipping charge for the selected items you want to ship to PH. delivery is between 5-10 days depending on schedule, this is for Airfreight. for seafreight it will took a lil bit longer, when Im still using their service my average for Sea is 30 days for Air 5-10.

TIP: Declare your items a little bit higher than the actual cost so that when your item/s is lost you can file for claim based on declared amount. I think their max declared value is 500USD per shipment

Thanks for your inputs, guys! Sana smooth yung maging transaction :) First time using shipping cart. Na-try niyo na ba magpaship ng shoes with its original box? I purchased a pair of Vans shoes kasi from their US website. The box is relatively smaller than the boxes of Adidas, Nikes, etc. How much ang naging shipping cost niyo? Mine is just one pair.

pag mag seselect ka na ng mga item/s na gusto mo i ship, there's a textbox to input the declared value.

Is Shipping Cart still reliable? Ok lang naman ma delay, as long as the item gets here. I usually use johnny air and would like to try shipping cart since mas ok yung tracking nila (if what’s stated on their website is true).

Not sure about the value. I only ship mostly sneakers and Blu rays. Pero based on their FAQs. Items are insured for free with values up to $500 (as declared). Anything over $500, may 4% on the value exceeding $500.

Usually may reply sila within 24-48 hours.

What was the issue with JAC?
Title: Re: LBC Shipping Cart

What was the issue with JAC?

- Ordered Yeezy 350s from Yeezy Supply shipped to JAC
- Package arrived in Philippines and when I opened it, Nike women's sandals laman
- Reported it right away to JAC seeking for help in investigating what happened. I also reported it to adidas USA which runs Yeezy Supply.
- JAC response was very defensive right away stating they will investigate but already front loading a litany of excuses for themselves:
   1. They've always had issues with DHL FedEx - the US domestic shipper of YS
   2. The tape used to reseal the package was of a different width that they use at their offices (???)
   3. It will be very difficult to check their CCTVs
   4. The pilferage/switch could have happened anywhere during the shipment
- My points were:
   1. Their own documents showed that they acknowledged receiving a package of the exact same weight that was indicated by Yeezy Supply DHL FedEx docs - the Nike sandals were not even 1/2 the weight on their documents - they explained this by saying DHL FedExgave the actual weight but theirs is "volumetric weight" although their documents just stated "weight" - and what a coincidence that the weight DHL had matched their "volumetric weight"
   2. My payment to them was also based on the weight they declared which again matched the DHL stated weight
   3. If it is true that they ALWAYS had issues with DHL FedExUS, then why no additional due diligence on their part when receiving DHL FedEx packages?

I was really just looking for some assistance from them to hopefully resolve the issue. I understood that the switch could have indeed happened at any point in the chain of custody. However, from the onset, I felt there was no willingness to help at all. They just ghosted me after a few days, not replying to emails or messages or phone calls. I had been an active user of JAC for several years up to that point. They were good, but if an issue comes up, don't expect anything from them.

I posted my experience with JAC on a my FB sneaker groups and I got messaged by a handful of other members who had a similar if not the exact experience with them. None of them were also resolved. There was one member whose issue got addressed, but only after several months and after the guy - according to him - lawyered up.

This happened around October last year

EDIT: Checked my emails and correction, US shipper was FedEx not DHL

SC is top-notch, shipped almost 300 shipments and never had any lost items or delays. Recently though there is a 5-10 day delay in reflecting items in US. I use SC UK if I need to get 220v appliances. Insurance is $500 free, after with additional cost. Highest value I sent is $6,000 and no issues.

Recently, I’ve started using Kango for high priced items since US tax free.

We're on the same boat.

Next time, direct shipping nalang ako kung Amazon. Dumarating naman within 1-2 weeks tops.

Sabay ata yung packages natin. Ganun din sa akin. Kanina lang, nag update na "on it's way".

This is what happened to me. Shippingcart finally put the package in my cart just yesterday after waiting 3 weeks. Apparently my seller didn't put the account number and they had to "choose" which one (multiple same names) to give the package to. Helpdesk was useless and they kept telling me of the delays due to Covid until they finally asked for my invoice and transferred the ticket to warehouse. They said the one who "got" the package didn't provide feedback that it was the wrong item... Probably was just like you who sent emails but helpdesk didn't bother checking out.

We wouldn't happen to have the same name right? haha

I was lucky, I bought items early on during the lockdown and it took a month before they got delivered. Majority of the time was waiting for the items to show up in your cart. After that, took about 5 days before they finally arrived.

after the last order I had with Shipping Cart which took close to 2 months to get here, I tried another consolidator.

the thing with Shipping Cart is they're based in California, so whatever you buy, may 9 or 10% sales tax pa yata.  I tried out Kango kasi their warehouse is in Delaware and walang sales tax.  Panalo itong Kango...  their fees is lower than shipping cart.  I used them to ship the Lenovo Duet I ordered.  Dumating sa warehouse nila ng July 14 or 15 yata, dumating sa PHL July 25, released a few days later kasi they were disinfecting their office pa daw.

I'm trying Kango as well.

After entering the declared value of the item, pwedeng i-select ang ship-out date depending on the next available date tapos within a day or two, nakatanggap ako ng invoice tapos shipped-out na yung package kahit hindi ko pa nababayaran yung shipping fee.

in my case, since ung binili ko is $200, the $20 I saved on sales tax, napunta na sa shipping costs sa Kango.

Anybody know if LBC or other couriers offer a pickup service and they can ship to places outside Metro Manila like Iloilo? Couldn't find it on the LBC website because nag-eerror yung site nila. Lalamove only delivers within Metro Manila. Gusto ko sana yung parang Grab Delivery na they'll pick up the item and send/deliver it to anywhere in the Metro except I need the item shipped to Iloilo. Thanks!

Thanks!

I see. thanks. I'll just assume same rate as with SC for estimates. Wala kasing nakalagay na rates for special handling.

just to give you an idea... nung December, I shipped a Samsung Tablet S6 using Shipping Cart. Cost was $42.25

for the Lenovo Duet this time around  and a tempered glass protector using Kango, I paid $29.65

My first package has been “preparing for shipment” for more than 2 weeks now. SC says it could take up to 18 days from upload but could still arrive by the estimated date. My estimated date is August 10 but I’m not too confident. They did give me. 15% off voucher for the month of September, but it has to be 6lbs or more.

^SC is heavily backlogged at the moment.

I remember years ago  when Shippingcart was not as popular as it is today, an item will appear in the cart within 24-48 hours and air cargo transit times to my doorstep only took 3-5 days.

Finally, my package that I uploaded last July 19 is on its way to Manila. Hopefully SC has taken care of their backlog and things go back to normal soon.

Sabi ng friend ko sa US matagal ang by air ngayon ng LBC. They don't have their own planes unlike DHL and FedEx.

Just for comparison, my USPS 1st class parcel from the US hasn't arrived yet. It was shipped last July 31.

My Fedex parcel from Thailand, which was shipped last Monday isn't with me yet. In fairness to Fedex, it arrived the country the next day, but was just released from customs yesterday.

Though, I really had a very very bad experience with Fedex several years back.

Looking to try LBC soon when the oppurtunity arises

Sa service happy ako sa FedEx. I just had a purchase from Australia. Parang 5-7 days lang itong quarantine period. Kaya lang be ready for the taxes.

My first ever foray with shipping cart is a disaster. I didn’t mind waiting for more than a month knowing that the pandemic has slowed down work all over the world. However, upon opening my box, it only had one record instead of three. In the picture that they sent me, there were three records. What do i do now? I already sent an email to their customer care.

Has anyone here ever experienced lost items from shipping cart? Were they refunded?

I hope complete yung items sa box mo boss Nelson. Nakakainis kasi in the picture they sent me all 4 records were stacked (4 records pala instead of 3). The box I received was huge, but sadly, only one record was inside when i opened it. why will they even put it in one big box kung isang plaka lang ang laman diba? Ang labo talaga. And in stark contrast, the items I ordered from Johnny Air last week are now in transit to Manila.

Shipping Cart sent a notice saying they will just send items individually and not consolidated into one box. I don’t know he logic of this. My second package arrived today, and yes, may missing items nanaman. So now I’m forced to wait for 5 records (3 from he first order and 2 from the one that arrived today) which they said would be sent individually. I just find it unfair that hey still continue to accept orders even if they’re heavily backlogged. I’m going back to Johnny Air. The interface of SC is great, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

ITEM WT. 0.48lbs

AIR CARGO  $16.99
SEA CARGO $28.22
