May nakapag-try na ba sa inyo ng UNIC UC40? Mukhang ok to kahit saan pwede basta may wall or ceiling, dahil maliit at portable ito. Also available it from Lazada at 3,995.00 pesos only.

Hindi na masama for the price diba? Pero I need some feedback from other member na mayron na nito. Tamang-tama ito for my 60" projector screen and swak for daily use kc 55W lang ang cosumed power nya.

Gusto ko nga din i-try para dito lang sa office namin pang presentation. Kagandahan is maliit lang sya at magaan. Syempre hinde na ako mag eexpect ng sobra sobra sa price palang :D
Sana merun mag review nito na actual na nakagamit na.

The brightness of this projector maybe not ideal for office presentation as I read of some reviews. But for home viewing with controlled light environment, this is it.

Interested din ako because of the price pero naghihintay din ako ng feedback at actual screenshots.
Yung mga pics kasi sa alibaba parang galing sa hi-res na projector yung image. Di sya mukhang 800x480 kasi ang linaw ng texts.

Actually marami kang makkitang video sa youtube with this projector, some of them are crap, some are acceptable with this price range, depende sa gamit nilang camera. But we can't judge the picture quality by just the video alone especially youtube videos. You can also check Amazon user's reviews on Unic UC40.

Yung user reviews sa Amazon puro positive naman although karamihan sa kanila mababa lang ang expectation dun sa projector.
Ang pinakaconcern ko kung readable yung text sa Xbox 360. Silip silip muna ako sa youtube.

Mukhang ok yung youtube videos ah kaso wala masyadong sample na may text.
Sobrang ganda kasi nung 4k projector ni Louie, gusto ko rin tuloy kaso 4k pesos lang afford ko haha

Sir If you want a projector that is for text reading, you might be disappointed with this one, kc mababa lang ang resolution ng pj nato. AFAIK, UC40 is good only for home videos only. You might as well go for 720p or 1080p projectors to serve your purpose.

Marami na nag-order sa Lazada ng pj nato, but until now, no review yet here in PDVD. Maybe hindi pa cla member dito. :) :) :)

Hindi pa sila PDVD member kaya akala nila ok na yan. Most pdvd members are video enthusiasts who prefer quality over quantity and would rather watch 1080p on a 42" tv than 480p on a 60" screen.
Likewise other people prefer to watch on projector rather than a tiny 42" HDTV. This particular projector is for portability and absolutely not for serious movie watching. I knew about how important the higher resolution on a projector, but for the price with this pj. I think you will not be sorry with this.

My first projector was also acquired from China. Lasts for me for more than 4 years, only the power supply gave up & not the LED light. So instead of replacing the dead parts, I decided to buy a new one with a higher specs.
Yes! I want to try this, or the latest UC50 which is DLP mini projector.

BTW UC50 is not a real DLP projector, its a WVGA (800x400) LCD projector.

You are correct, but as I said I am only using this pj for daily used as a tv, because I have already a 720p projector but still longing for a true 1080P pj someday, for serious movie watching.
UC40 is an LCD projector, but what I am referring for is the UC50, which is their newer product. It is a DLP pocket projector, you can google it.

Check mo muna if yung linaw sa pwesto mo eh ok. I suspect ok yan sa dvix files pero don't get your hopes up Sa fast action scenes. But at that price really tempting ano?

Eh, Bili ka na. Baka maubusan ka pero kung makahantay ka na kakilala na bumili eh does not hurt to see it inaction first. Kwento mo ang review mo. Mag ingat ka din sa pitch ng mga sellers. Meron ako kakilala bumili nyan tigok After 1 month eh sisi siya.

@ Less than 3k, nakakatempt din bumili kaso nakakaalangan lang talaga yun 800x480 native resolution. Yung mga generic na smartphones kasi naka 720p na. Anyway, abang din ako ng magpopost ng sample images. Naghihintayan tayo hehe. Sana may nakasubok na dito at mag post ng feedback.

Yes, LED 86C is under 10K lang... including shipment, customs tax and delivered by your doorstep. Got mine
last year from Alibaba online store, but I think this is now available from Lazada which is good to avail the
warranty if ever what happened.
My LED 86C still working like new up of this writing (knock on wood). Everyday used, kasi ginagawa ko ngang
tv. RD 806 and LED 86C have the same specs, but I like the total appearance on LED86, its clean, nde cya
cheap tingnan.

UC80 has a native resolution of 800x480 only, same as your RD 805 or UC40 only a bit brighter and bigger casing not portable. Why not LED 86 nalang? Although makaki rin ang casing neto but, it has 1280x728 (720p) native resolution, pareho na silang available sa Lazada. Yung kasamang Tv tuner sa RD 805 is analog only, so hindi mo cya magagamit in the near future when Philippines switcth to digital tv broadcast.

Medyo OT: Nag test ako kagabi ng portable pico projector ng officemate ng wife ko (Acer C120). Ang native resolution 854x480. Akala ko sobrang labo ng text pag 80 inch pero readable naman pala. Tested sa laptop @ 1280x800, 1280x768 and 800x600. Di supported ng laptop ko yung 854x400 hehe. Sobrang baba lang ng lumens nito pero it was enough for me to see how non-HD projectors produce images with texts and I can say it's not that bad.
Tested some 720p movies as well. Clear naman if not for the lack of brightness kasi USB-powered lang to at kahit gamitin ko yung external power adapter nya konti lang dagdag sa lumens. Pero gusto ko lang naman makita yung quality ng images in terms of resolution not the brightness kasi 100 lumens lang ata tong projector na to. lol!

Acer C120 is ₱12,444.00 at Lazada now. The only main advantage of this projector is portability, battery operated and its DLP, that's why this is ideal for small presentation, and to read texts is acceptable, but it is over price. If you wanted a projector for home movies only you can get LED 86+ with 720p resolution & brighter than C120. But if you want a super small & portable dlp projector, maybe UC50 is the winner.

Got the Unic UC50 DLP Micro projector, instead of UC40, nakkwotan lang ako sa sobrang liit neto. UC50 has advertised as 800 lumens (50 ANSI), and only has 854x480 resolution, palm size. I was able to compare it with my huge LED86C. ;) ;) ;) Look what happened.....https://youtu.be/yTf5QW7MDTo

No! walang keystone ito brader, tsaka 50 Ansi lumens lang, not ideal for your need. When comparing this with my LED86, it has a dark environment with only ambient lights, so parang equal lang ang brightness nila. But for bright environment, LED86 is the way to go. Matingkad lang ang kulay at medyo maganda ang contrast ng UC50 kasi DLP projector ito, and take note the size is only 71mm x 78mm x 24.5mm. palm size. LED86 is 720p native resolution so HD cya, whereas UC50 is only 480p native resolution, pang-travel lang dahil sa sobrang liit at may built-in battery pa. Booth have pros. & cons. with each other, it really depends with your needs. ;D ;D ;D

Portability wise, UC50 is ideal for out of town trips but this projector has no tv tuner. You have to bring your external tv tuner and connect it thru hdmi port. Or use a chromecast. Don't expect for a movie theater with this tiny projector.
Pros. Very small & Portable
Good color image
Focus on the entire screen (not like others only focus on center, sides are blurry).
Bright image considering the projector size, but only up to 60inch screen.
Built-in battery
Can read my 1TB portable drive
Cons. No keystone
Poor sound

For 92" screen, it's about 230cm. or 90".

FYI this projector has no keystone, meaning you have to put it dead center of the screen. Sagabal cya sa
paningin mo kung hindi mo magawan ng paraan, baka ma-disappoint ka lang.

Correct ka dyan, mahirap talaga ipwesto si UC50. Try UC46 or GM60 lcd projector, these are not short throw.
If your budget is not a problem, look for LG led projectors. They have variety of led projector models to choose from.

Unic46 at 92". cam phone lang gamet ko, not sure biglang dumidilim yung kuha :-\. built-in speakers and white wall pa ang gamet. ;D

2.Ano mga pagkakaiba nila?.........Uc50 is DLP projector......................Uc46 is an LCD projector.
Uc50 has NO keystone correction....Uc46 mayroon.
Uc50 has NO wifi..............................Uc46 mayroon..
Uc50 has built-in battery..................Uc46 wala.
Uc50 10W consumed power............Uc46 55W max.
Both Uc50 and Uc46 are good projectors for it's price category. ;) :) :D

In the video Uc40 is a bit brighter BUT Uc50 is only using built-in battery, if its connected to power adaptor, the brightness will be increase to maybe 20%.
Mas more intense and pop ang color brightness ng Uc50 that's because of DLP technology, compared to lcd projector mas bright in terms of white color kaya medyo wash-out ang color image.

kasamaang palad, hindi kasya yung tripod mount nung sinubukan kong ikabit dun sa adjustan ng height. eh wala ng ibang pwedeng pagkabitan, kaya mukhang mag D-DIY na lang ang ending.. :(

Wala kasing tripod mount ung Uc46, only has an adjuster height screw, pero I think pweding gawan ng paraan, Kaya mo yan! Think...think...think. ;D

2.Ano mga pagkakaiba nila?.........Uc50 is DLP projector......................Uc46 is an LCD projector.
Uc50 has NO keystone correction....Uc46 mayroon.
Uc50 has NO wifi..............................Uc46 mayroon..
Uc50 has built-in battery..................Uc46 wala.
Uc50 10W consumed power............Uc46 55W max.
Both Uc50 and Uc46 are good projectors for it's price category. ;) :) :D

In the video Uc40 is a bit brighter BUT Uc50 is only using built-in battery, if its connected to power adaptor, the brightness will be increase to maybe 20%.
Mas more intense and pop ang color brightness ng Uc50 that's because of DLP technology, compared to lcd projector mas bright in terms of white color kaya medyo wash-out ang color image.

Yes, madalas ko ginagamit ang UC50 ko dahil mas gusto ko nga picture quality nto kay sa led86 ko, at 10W lang power consumption nya laban sa led86 na 160W, kaya pweding pang tv viewing. Pero kung laki ng image projection ang pinaguusapan walang panama ang UC50. dahil masyadong bright ang led86 at 720p ang native resolution nto.

Ok naman for movie viewing in dark room. Medyo malabo if maliwanag ang room. Black out curtain lang ang ginawa ko. Nahihinaan lang ako sa speaker. As in mahina lang sya kahit 100 na volume. Needs external speaker pa. Anyone knows where to buy a decent bracket/mount for this model? Sa wall ko kasi sya imomount.

mas maganda talaga sir ikabit mo sa external speaker pero minsan malakas din naman ang sounds niya depende sa source mo tulad netong shinare ko din ditto, built-in speaker pero ang lakas. pag gamit ko TV Plus, okay naman.

Analog kasi Sir yung sound ng tv plus kaya malakas. Kapag mga digital sound like DD, DTS etc... mahina unless thru receiver mo sya padadaanin. Or use external speaker as per Sir roamantiko said.

Just unboxed my UC46. One thing that i noticed is medyo grainy ang picture nya even though i use my blu ray discs or hi res movies on USB. Ganito ba talaga to? or are there required settings to improve the picture? Alam ko naman na hindi nya mahahabol yung quality ng mga Full HD TV sets pero baka may alam kayo kung papano ang settings na medyo makahabol ng konti yung quality same sa TV. your inputs will be much appreciated.

Luma kasi yung laptop ko kaya VGA cable ang connection ko. Kplayer HD player ginamit ko pero ang sama ng picture! Super pixelated. Binalik ko na lang sa USB drive yung movies ko.

Kaya ko nasabi to kc ganyan din problema ko dati or sa mga cheap projectors. Dati gamit ko lumang Android player, pangit resulta. Pangalawa gamit ko WDTV live, malaki improvement ng image, ngayun gamit ko Android 4.4, mas ok cya. Kaya balak ko Android 6 media player next project.

I'm trying to decide between UC46 and UC50. This would be my first projector if ever so help me out here. Based on what I've read (here and elsewhere) I am partial to the UC50, am just so not sure about the lack of keystone. Tanong lang sa mga gumagamit dito, hindi ba drawback yun sa UC50?

Malaking drawback talaga sa projector yung lack of keystone, but since uc50 is very small than you imagine, it is managable.

Got this PJ. all in all sulit na siya for its price. kinukuha ko pa timpla. this will mainly be used by my kids for watching movies. hehe pero for me, hindi ako masyado satisfied sa picture quality. nasanay siguro sa LED TV. pero overall okay na okay siya for its price :)
Hindi ko lang mapagana mirroring sa Note 5 at P9 ko.

Just bought this projector and it's so far a good buy. Picture is good. Fan is noisy. DLNA and Miracast works well after firmware update. Builtin speaker is weak. Now trying to find a way to cast video only as i want audio to output directly from my phone. Anyone know if this is possible?

Yung UNIC UC40 ko may UNIC na logo. Good for dark room. Pero dahil nasanay na mata ko sa UHD TV, malalabuan na ako. Hehe Kailangan din super mega flat white ang wall para maganda.
Parang gusto ko tuloy mag upgrade ng projector na nasa 3k below price range pero parang maganda din yung Unic RD-806 HD 3500-Lumens LED Projector (Black)

Yung huling link pre, Nierbo Max500 na available na sa Lazada ngayon. Last year wala pa yan sa Lazada kaya imported it from Ali-express. Medyo mahal lang ng konti sa Lazada kc may custom tax pako na binayaran, pero konti lng nman ang price difference. :)
