Got it from SM appliance. At 34K on an LG UHD TV, you can't go wrong.  It has a very sharp IPS display and a good up-scaling engine.  Web 0S online access is fast and smooth even on HD source.

Was supposed to get other brands like Haier or Skyworth for their affordable price but I'm not sure of the after sales service support and parts availability.  LG will replace or upgrade if no replacement available for more than a year as a warranty.  Though the TV is hooked up to an ARC Onkyo TX-NR609, I still prefer a flat TV with a decent sound when the receiver is turned off as kids will tend to watch cartoons or Youtube (Minecraft tutorial  >:( ) most of the time.  It has better speakers and sound than my other LG 3D TV.

My only gripe is it doesn't come with a Magic Remote AN-MR600 which I need to buy separately.  But with the discounted price and a great performance UHD TV from a reputable brand, it's a no brainer.
