Title: TCL 55E5800 4K UHD

I got this at Anson's a few days ago for 37.7k with free sound bar. PQ is very good and has a decent sound. Wall bracket is not good for me, but the sound bar is very good for a room tv.

Anybody got this model ?
Anyway, how to install media player other than the default media player and moliplayer ? Walang ibang option sa App Store for media player except for the moliplayer.

Napukaw din ang mata ko s demo ng tcl s megamall.. Maya isdbt digital tuner na din p sya?

mega ulit ako kanina,, pina demo ko yung soundbar.. for small space ..ayos din nga.

hi! just had this unit 3 days ago, shipped from dubai. tanong ko lang, meron ba special settings para maupscale ng maayos yung mga 1080p movies and channels? may cignal HD ako at WDTV media player with 1080p channels and movies, pero parang hindi ako kuntento sa resolution na dinidisplay nito :( first time 4k tv user here. thanks in advance!

Just my 2 cents sir...

Upscaling from 1080p to 4K will really show softness and smoothing in the picture. When i was shopping for TVs recently, i decided to stick with Full HD instead of UHD because of this. The salesmen had a sample 1080p movie that I tried on different Sony TVs. I was happier with the output of the Full HD.

If you have enough 4K media, UHD is definitely the way to go.

I recently got the same model but in 40"  it's the 40E5800.  Coming from my 42" Plasma tv, 4k is a huge difference in quality.  I think the GoLive streaming needs to have a faster internet before it can load though.

is this a 3D TV? what glasses it uses, passive or active? and me free glasses ba?

Is the 50 same specifications aside from the screen size?
I was also impressed with the PQ of this TV but the difference in price is the deciding factor anyway 50 and 55 inches is not that far
