Movies filmed in 21:9 aspect ratio on 4K Blu-ray have a resolution of 3840x1600.
In 2016 LG was the first brand to introduce the LG 38UC99-W, a display that can display that resolution natively for $1500.

This computer monitor would be perfect for 4K movie watching as it would not have black bars whatsoever. :)
Back has these ports so hook up to any computer or 4K blu-ray player.

At CES 2017 Viewsonic announced the VP3881 ($1,999) (http://www.viewsonic.com/us/news/post/view/id/5516/) and ASUS MX38VQ (TBA) (http://www.asus.com/Monitors/MX38VQ/).
