It's nice to see that Akira Toriyama is finally giving Vegeta his due, and fans are loving it.
Yup. Never really liked vegeta in z. In super, the best scenes belong to vegeta. The battle with frieza, the "training" of cabba, the beating of goku black. Oh and that fight with beerus. Bad ass.
Anyone else notice the background music when he turns blue?
I also liked that the trunks saga is trunk's saga.

Just started watching this. How does the Battle of the Gods movie fit into this? The first 15 episodes looks like an abridged version of Battle of the Gods.
The Battle of Gods movie is the summarized version of the 1st 14 episodes. The movie 1st came up before the TV series kaya may mga fillers kaya umabot ng 14 episodes.
By the way there will be no DBS episode 82 next week due to an national event happening in Japan kaya nganga muna tayo till March 19 :(

And remember the Future Trunks Saga? Goku and Vegeta survived a merged Zamasu. Zamasu who was so angry at Goku having a power that rival the Gods. If Toppo was so much more powerful, shouldn't Zamasu targeted him instead?

Not entirely, Goku didn't use his new form Kaiyoken SSB. I think he did it on purpose to inspire Frieza on the upcoming tournament. He even took Frieza's KO punch in base form :o

The SSG (red) was attained by Goku when he was lent power by 5 other saiyans in his fight with Beerus. Since Goku attained SSB, there was "no" benefit to use SSG since it's only around 10% of SSB.
In the manga, Vegeta achieved SSG (defense, movement) and effortlessly shift to SSB (attack) to overwhelm Goku Black. In the anime, Goku is shown to shift from SSG to SSB but not as subtle as Vegeta in the manga. My hunch is while Goku will have a new transformation giving him power edge, Vegeta will be shown to have mastered this, giving him the stamina edge.

yeah I get that. I'm just saying, if you watch the last scene, Goku was excited to train Uub para ma-unlock yung full potential nya so they could fight.
Why would a god-level Goku be excited to fight someone who is only as powerful as Majin Buu i.e. lower than god level?
You know Goku always wants to fight against the strongest. Uub, even fully trained, would probably not be god-level.

Also, I doubt Uub at 10 = SSJ3. SSJ, maybe. Theoretically, his max should be Kid Buu level BUT, considering Kid Buu never had training, I guess very likely pa na gawin nila super lakas si Uub if trained.
I mean, Goku became more powerful than a God of Destruction in under an hour. haha So yeah, anything is possible. :D

Why is goku and vegeta both fighting in ssb? They should take turns in ssb blue kaio ken x20 or ssb evo while the other is in base form. Or have whis kick their ass.
