Title: 13 Reasons Why
Post by: shuttertrigger on Jun 05, 2017 at 09:49 PM: Anyone here watching the show? I was intrigued by the comments of some of my FB friends about the show.

I tried watching it last weekend and I ended up 5 episodes in one sitting. Not bad at all. Cant wait to finish the rest of season 1.

Parang gusto ko tuloy magahanap ng second hand Walkman ;D The girl Jessica is a hottie! :P

Sobrang bigat ng last episode. :-\

On the other side, parang eye opener yung show against bullying. Kung may makakapanood nito na mahilig mang-bully siguro magbabago na. :)

I guess may season na, story naman yata ni Alex Standall.. :)

Pag nakakakita ako dito ng mga high school na grupo naaalala ko itong 13 Reasons.. haha!

eye opener din for us parents, that we should always have constant communication with our children. as simple as asking them how's their day like, we ask them about their friends, etc. we should encourage them to speak their minds. pero dapat habang bata pa lang sila eh maging open na sila sa atin, kasi pag nag teenager na sila, mahihiya na sila.

Yeah brader agree with you. Dapat nga kahit busy tayong mga parents sa pagta trabaho make sure that we always make time to our kids. Ako naman I see Tony as Richie Valen na anytime kakanta ng La Bamba ahahaha! In fairness, Christian Navarro aka Tony Padilla play a good role and character in the season. Hindi mo alam kung mabait or salbahe hanggang matapos mo ang season 1..

You guys think crap like those portrayed in the show happens here in the Philippines? Di naman siguro no? Maybe yung gossips, pwede. Yung rape and/or sexual assault meron mangilan ngilan pero di naman siguro kasing grabe sa palabas?

Plus yung jock types, i guess sa mga schools with UAAP/NCAA or other popular leagues lang naman and hopefully they aren't anything like the ones depicted in the show. I get na exaggerated yung iba but I posted this same query sa Reddit and apparently meron mga extreme instances dun na totoong nangyayari sa USA.

Napaisip lang ako for my kid's future. haha
