My Asus has a thin Vertical line naman :(

My work Lenovo has the same. Typically not worth getting it fixed na once out of warranty.

vertical lines are common and they sometimes go away. But horizontal lines dont and are usually permanent.

Most common vertical line is the color red. Swerte ka pa if you get the color green.

Ribbon cable or connectors minsan ang problem sa vertical line, though minsan panel or t-con din. Sa laptop very common issue ang ribbon/flex cable. Bakit swerte kapag green?

compared to Red mas subtle pa yung green line. Mas tolerable panoorin yung led compared to red line.

Blue pinakanakakainis since yan ang malakas sa glare. Unfortunately blue ang vertical line ng sakin.

We were talking about the cable inside the monitor, not the external one. There is no harm in checking the external one too, however.
