Title: Problem playing 4k files

I have some 4k demo files stored in my hard drive. Problem is it doesn't play smoothly on my minix  which is 4k also. I tried these following media player:

Kodi: some files no picture but there is sound. Some files playing with shuttering and with sounds

Mx player: playing with picture but some files asaying audio not supported but all files is shuttering/buffering/lagging

Movie players: all files playing perfectly no shuttering no lagging but no sound sa lahat.

Vlc: all files shuttering buffering lagging


But if I insert the hard drive into my 4k tv, it's works perfectly.


Any idea

Same here. 4k plays on my 4k tv but without picture; am using popcorn hour a-410.
