may pink blotch pa sa side. Di ba natamaan ng ball yan? Sana i-honor nila yung warranty for replacement. In order to fix that they to replace the panel. Or just give you a replacement.

Yun lcd ko date pag dating nila may bitbit ng panel no question ask.

I had the same horizontal line on my Sony LED (same exact location as your LG), they replaced the panel as it was still under warranty.

badtrip sa samsung eh. napakamahal ng panel replacement kahit under warranty. service lang daw ang lilibre nila.

Depends ata bro. Yong 78inch ng kakilala ko palit panel mga 3 months palang, wala naman charge.

hmmm, yung LG ko dati pag tawag ko sinabi ko lang problem may bitbit ng Panel yung pumunta. Pero maayos naman agad yan ganyan saglit lang palitan nila yan.

Compatible ba yong panel ng lower model sa higher model? Ang worry ko baka palitan nila ng lower model na panel

maganda talaga after sales service ng LG, yun plasma ko 2 weeks na lang bago mag expire yun 2 yrs warranty ng nagka line palit panel din.

Bale thursday ata ako tumawag or wednesday last week.
Pumunta kinabukasan para survey. Kanina dala yong panel...
And yes bro malinis, ako nag supervise sa pag gawa haha. Pero good as new ang ganda ng panel. Parang day 1 ulit.

sa akin Samsung naman, 6 months na expired yung warranty pero kinausap ng wife thru hotline lang nila, pinalitan nila panel ng plasma tv ko free of charge.

just for your info. according to a nice dealer who sometime recently visited our display market thread whose thread is now missing, their store receive most service requests from LG. Their record as of november has still to receive one from Samsung.

I can also vouch for great warranty and prompt after-sales service of these TV brands that I owned:
1. Sharp
2. Sony
3. Samsung
Walang hassle yung after-sales service and best of all, panel replacements came in quickly within the same day my panels were inspected.

Good for you!!! Okay po kausap yung Samsung. Pati yung scheduling nila, I was given the choice of the earliest possible dates.

Had a similar encounter with this panel issue. Yesterday paguwi ko, nakita naming kaparehas na black line probably the same location across the screen just like below. Called LG today, ischedule daw ng visit. Bought mine Dec 2016 so kaka one year lang nung December. Buti twi years warranty.

LG Service Center staff inspected our unit today. Palit daw ng panel. Bilis nga aftersales nila :) Ischedule daw ang replacement. :)
