Need your advise boss, d ko na kinuha ung samsung mu6300 65in, mjo nakulangan kc ko nun pina audition ko. Prang d mganda upscale to 4k ng mu6300.
Pinagpplian ko ngaun ung sony x8500e 65in for 88k or x9000e 55in for 68k.layo dn kc ng price difference ng dlwa..
Mas mganda specs ng x9000e un nga lng 55in..need your expertise mga boss..tia :)

The bigger the better. Pag nauwi mo na yan at wala naman side by side comparison di mo na mapapansin ang difference sa PQ. Anyway the X8500 is not bad.

Get the best TV your money could buy.
If kaya mo naman yung gusto nang puso mo na TV, go for it.
Kesa kunin mo yung 2nd best tapos pag uwi mo, merong "what ifs" sa isip... na kesyo "what if kung yung 65" na ang kinuha ko?"
Tapos, makapag -iisip ka na kunin na yung 65" at ibenta yung 55"
Syempre ibebenta mo na yan ng mas mababang presyo para mabili yung 65"
So lugi kana agad not unless yung 65" na agad ang binili mo in the first place....
Sabi nga sa kasabihan, "THE POOR MAN PAYS TWICE"
Wag mo tipidin ang sarili mo if kaya mo naman...
*** Try mo din mag-ikot ikot sa Abensons Makati kasi minsan nagse-sale sila nung 65x9000e na around 90K na lang ;)

Size is a good factor...but the difference in HDR performance will spell the difference...

Peeps, please refrain from doing text speech. Sakit sa ulo basahin actually. It will also help you get rid of the habit. I know some people do this in their email/correspondence. Very unprofessional.

So far sobrang satisfied naman ako sa x8500e.
I like the most yung smooth motion nya na hindi ko nakita sa mu6300 and even in premium models ng samsung nung pina-audition ko.tingin ko din mas maganda upscaling ng sony for me.
Yan pa lang napapansin ko sir jerome :)

So far sobrang satisfied naman ako sa x8500e.

We are also considering yung models na to Samsung MU6100 and LG UJ6570.

Dyan ang pinakamurang nakikitaan ko ng x9000e units.
I suggest also na go for the x9000e instead of the x8500e. The FALD tech really has big impact on picture quality. Itong 75x9000e ko is mag 5 months na ata and everytime I watch UHD especially with HDR contents, it never fails to amaze me kahit di pa siya Dolby Vision ;)

Got my 55" x9000e last sunday. Blacks are very good (though as not as black as OLEDs), but colors are great!! it's pretty bright too.
i copied picture settings from AVS Forum (youtube channel) and i was pleased by the results ;D
go with the full array local dimming capabilities ang laking diff sa image kasi (when it comes to contrast and black levels). muntik na rin ako mapabili ng x8500e pero buti na lang ginawan ng paraan ng kaibigan ko sa abenson's waltermart hehehe

based doon sa post, konti lang difference ng 65-inch X9000E sa X8500E ... get the 65-inch X9000E ... mas maganda yung malaki ... I personally have a 55-inch tv, but after staying on a hotel with 65-inch tv last week and watching the NBA games, parang gusto ko palitan yung tv ko ng 65-inch, laki pala ng difference ... as for the X9000 and X8500, at less than 5k difference for the same size, go with the X9000 para wala ng doubts if you got the optimal quality for the budget

Di ko talaga kaya magsinungaling guys argh.. I got mine for 67,800 dahil barkada ko yung bisora since high school. Bigyan ko kayo tip. Go to any abenson's or sm appliance branch. Then insist niyo yung ganung price! ;D
Kung may display item pa sila, at trip niyo kahit display item lang(!), insist niyo na mas babaan pa sa 67,800 yung price, pero don't forget the risk kasi nga display item, so check niyo maigi lalo na yung panel. Mga taga abenson's din ang nag tip saken niyan mga bro. Kaso lang eh kampante ako pag brandnew. Malapit na kasi ilabas yung x9000f dito saten so yung sony phils daw mismo ang nagreregulate na ipasok pa sa atin ang model na yan.

Mine is an older model samsung and reads 1 tb I would supposed newer model can do the same.

Ganun din yung luma ko na LG, it can read 1TB hdd, pero yung Sony X9000E ko, music at photos lang lumalabas from HDD, pero kung flash disk lang na 16gb, okay naman at kaya nya play 'yung movies.

^depende kung saan mo ilalagay ung TV, if in a darkened room with small windows, go for the OLED. Pero if sa sala with several windows tapos minsan bukas pa ang pinto, go for the LED TVs. In a brightly-lit room, LED TVs with backlight could produce a lot more nits than the OLED and would looked "better" in terms of PQ.
However sa gabi, dun naman lalamang si OLED, unless malakas ilaw ng sala mo.

LG 65C8 series or Sony 65A8f but a bit more expensive

Tama ba that the base of the 65" LG C8 is 40 inches in width? My TV stand can only take 39".
