anybody has any experience with this model? saw this sa SM appliance center the price is 30+k for a 55" UHD and the PQ is quite ok naman, but was trying to search the web for reviews of this model pero wala talagang lumalabas for Devant 55"uhv300.

Interested in this model also. It's a direct lit LED panel with local dimming and HDR capability. Assuming all the features work properly, it's a really good value. Hard to get any details on the model though since no details are available on the actual source/manufacturer of the TV and panel.

Looks like it's a rebranded version of the Hisense H8C in the US. Local dimming doesn't work very well and no WCG. Sayang. You really do get what you pay for.

I am very interested in this item. Just want to know your opinion guys. How important is the dimming issue? Because if it is tolerable, then I guess this thing is worth it. Am I right? :)

yesterday, plan ko sana bilhin na tong model na to due to the following features: 120hz, 4K with HDR, Blutooth capability, 55 inches. Before seeing this, I am betting to SK8000 of LG (Premium UHD) and NU7100 (due to soundbar package) and NU8000.
I am still thinking and checking for feedbacks and excited to buy this weekend or 2 but not in a hurry. I can still wait until december and extend my budget for 65inches UHD

Panel is only 60hz, 120hz is the marketing figure which isn't true.
It can read HDR metadata but does not have a wide color gamut nor does it get very bright.
Go to at least the level of the SK8000 or NU8000 to get a decent HDR experience.

If you have a little budget more i say just go with the lg or samsung nu 7100.
Medyo deceiving ang price nito devant na ito, pero in terms of picture quality i think lamang parin ang lg at samsung dito...

We have the same series although 43in yung size. After 14months may white horizontal line na lumabas. Sabi ng tech for panel replacement. Good thing 2yrs warranty.

I have the same generation from devant pero 65inch. sulit na sulit bro. bilhin mo na yan.
