Any other sad experience with Audible Illusion Timog!!!!
4months n Marantz 6011 ko d p rn magawa...under warranty!
ngkamali daw pyesa...last advise since the other day..
2weeks p ...not even proximate date..daratng daw pyesa
UNTIL NOW...mgsara n lng kau f d nyo mbgyan tamang serbisyo customers nyo..
Ala consolation...not even any option...11months k gamt system on weekends..
Looks like...6months unguaranteed warranty...

^thats sad. Even sadder yung pag text speak pa din kahit unli characters naman.

Puro touch screen na cell phone ngayon text speak ka pa din parang panahon ng mga nokia

Actually its not audible illusions fault but of the distro.
I experience the same with a blueaound unit , ashley was kind enough to replace the unit with his own money. Pero sa importer sucks. Kaya i dont recomment anymore marantz or bluesound. Pero si ashley ok pa din very accomodating naman.

^ dyan sa Sound Concepts, Inc. ko dinala yung NAD C325BEE ko dati.
Hindi talaga maganda ang service nila. Ang tagal at mahal na yung presyo ng repair, hindi pa nila naayos dahil bumalik yung problema nung amp. Binalik ko sa kanila for a second time pero ganun pa rin. Gave up at charge to experience nalang.
Dapat siguro I-report yan sa manufacturers.

Ilan clients ko had bad experience with their products. Kaya hindi ko na offer.

buti na lang hindi ako nag dala dyan, panay ads nila sa fb.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll avoid dealing with Audible Illusions. Try reporting the incident to the Marantz distributor and seek a resolution. Maybe if they can arrange na sa ibang dealer na lang pa-repair.

Marantz medyo mabagal talaga ang service.

By june kay powertrip na ang marantz so baka mabago na service quality. Pero horror stories talaga marantz .

Ganon pala. Pag weak ang after sales support they won't get ahead sa market.
