Bought a 32" led tv and broke after 7 months. Service says warranty is only up to 3 months for their sale items. Repair costs is 9,000 for panel and 1,500 for labor. I'd rather buy a new one and smash this #%$^#@ TCL tv. Piece of junk.
-
if they don't stand by their product, then people should not buy this brand of tv.
-
I "think" kung official distro sila 1 year ang warranty nyan unless gray market item yung binebenta nila. Aling store po yan?
anyways yung tcl ko 3 years na so far ok naman sya.
TCL is now becoming a known brand in the US

Parang alam nila masisira within 6months kaya 3 months lang binigay na warranty.
-
very unfortunate incident master. and very very unfair business practice of the brand!
-

Got it from the showroom in the plant itself. Omni Solid Services Inc. This is definitely not a gray market item.

Mukha nga, and there is a clause in the copy of the receipt we got from them that "Class B units" only have 3 months warranty. So Class B pala ito. They should advertise it in bold letters next time.
We got it for 6,999.00

I really wasn't expecting this kind of product quality and service costs from such a brand. The hell with them. I'd make it my mission to tell all my friends to never get a TCL brand.

So this is my fault? Probably. It wasn't in my system to doubt anyone right away, I guess they got me. Buti pa yun Pensonic sa barberya araw araw gamit for 2 years buhay pa din.
I have a friend who owns a school in Bulacan requiring a number of flat panels for their school and TCL just lost a big purchase.
-
Baka yung binenta sayo eh defective / returned item.
-
Alam ko yang Omni sa valenzuela. Nakabili na ko dyan way way back ng Sony. They also offered me 3months warranty pero up to now buhay pa din yung TV. It was also classB kaya sobra cheap nung tv. Now they no longwr sell sony puro tcl na lang.
-
Parang buy TCL ang hope it lasts, otherwise, kiss your a$$ goodbye.

They should have told you that one before purchasing the unit.

I have a TCL 48'' Smart TV brought last 2013 and it still works as the same when i first bought it. Never had any complain about it..except of course for the motion rate. And 2 weeks ago i bought another TCL, this time the UHD variant. 43''. So far it's doing well.

Could be anythinv...really. Repaired, returned, refurbished...

No to China brand. WPS
-
Yup, Class B could mean a lot of things ......... superficial defects, refurbished units, box destroyed, etc.
Two things that should be made very clear though - the units being sold are Class B units and the warranty (usually 6 months for Class B units).

I wasn't aware they're demo units. I was told it was brand new.

This one had a 3 month warranty only. Go figure.
TCL bulok!!!

I don't know if these came from China. One thing I'm sure of now is that TCL is a WPS!
-
Almost all that they sell in Omni is classB so dont buy there sayang talaga pera.

42" and 32" parehong sibak. Maswerte lang sila within the 3 months warranty nila nasira kasi araw araw nila gamit.
I'll never buy another TCL product.
