Extended Warranty is 5 years,...
If hindi nila ma-repair, they'll replace the whole unit...
My old 75" na nagkaruon ng isang supernova, at first they tried to order the panel for it,
but ended up giving me credit para makuha ko ang bagong 85" QLED,
best part is, hindi na nila kinuha ang 75", my son didn't mind having that white spot...
Oh and this 75", warranty will expire this coming June, so bago natapos ang warranty ay lumitaw ang sakit...

It's nice that you have all the great choice options there in the US... more so that you have great consumer rights protection --- mostly, no questions asked. :)

To those in the know or who have a Samsung QLED, is it true that this line does not support DTS audio codecs? So movies with DTS sound will have distorted dialogue or will not play the audio at all? I have some movie files that when played on my Samsung Q60R QLED, a message pops out saying it has "unsupported audio". Googled this concern last night & it seems Samsung no longer supports DTS codec since their 2018 models. Not sure if this is entirely correct as I'm not a TV expert. :-\

That is correct, 2018 above no DTS support.

Thanks for this info. Seems I made a wrong choice pala in buying my set. I was wondering all along why some of my files can play audio properly while some cannot. :-[

Unfortunately nag tipid si Samsung, probably ayaw nila magbayad ng licensing fees. We also have the 2018 QLED, I just use a separate player to play my movies.

For me, I have no HT system pa kasi, so I still use the TV speakers for now.

Hi All,
Sorry for resurrecting this thread. Looking for some inputs regarding Q60R series, specifically the 55in one.
Also how does this compare to the TCL QLEDs?
Thanks!

Upcoming Neo QLEDs look promising. More dimming zones from micro-led backlight, 4k/120, VRR.

^ Interesting. Curious to see how those can compare to the new gen OLED panels of the G1 and A90J.
