Title: Digital Noise Reduction (DNR)

Hi Guys,

    Pretty new here, has anyone heard about Digital Noise Reduction? Can anyone please shed light on these? Any filters available? I think this is one of the problem in terms of video for all digital transmission esp from DVD, PVR (Personal Video Recorder), DVD Recorders etc going to Plasmas, LCD TVs, PRTV, Projectors and so on.  Any Quick fix?
