Can't Say yet if this would be a hit... But after seeing the pilot episode last night at Sci Fi Channel.. Whoa! it caught me ... Looking forward for its upcoming episodes

Not that impressed with the pilot. None of the characters were able to draw me in. And it looks like it's going to be another one of those "let's battle this science phenomenon this week, and do the same next week!" kind of shows. And those tend to get old fast.

This premiered last night (9pm) on C/S. Interesting enough. I'll give it a few more weeks before deciding.

There are replays at noon on Monday; 9am and 5pm on Wednesday; 11pm on Thursday.

Watch out though, the pilot is 1.5 hours long in case you're just recording it.

This will also premiere on Star World, May 23 Wednesday 8pm.

saw the replay of the pilot this afternoon at C/S 1:30PM.
kind of like has the feel of a twilight zone episode  :D

It's pretty good. Eureka winks at SF conventions the same way Desperate Housewives does with soaps.

So I'm guessing the season ender will see US Marshall and daughter running from Eureka because of some huge danger/explosion/space-time-warp-thing and they'll see themselves coming the other way. :D

^ Uh, actually no. We're hoping it'll be addressed in the second season.

The 1st season ender is good, though.

Wow, I actually agree with Phobos 100%!

I didn't get the fuss. Plus I hate the "Made in Eureka" DVD packaging. It's fold out digipak packaging without any glass/plastic - it's made of POTATOES, and dyed light blue. NO JOKE!

^ The fuss was because SciFi produces either crap or BSG. This is the first decent show they've had in a while. It's not a brilliant show, but it gives you a decent science fiction fix.
